REVIEWS ARE IN!

We have been awarded 5 out of 5 stars with DoorDash! We are in the top 5% of ALL DoorDash merchants for service and food quality, order accuracy, and menu pricing. While DoorDash sales are slightly lower for the period, we have been experiencing a much higher volume for indoor dining. They have also recently added a function where we can toggle between different menus throughout the day, allowing us to offer better ordering experience for breakfast, lunch, happy hour and dinner.

Sales: Sales for the period totaled ~$229.6K with a weekly average of $45.9k per 5 week period. ~12k more than the P11! P12 was a great period as the campus population began to return to normal. We are now doing 4 offsite events weekly which contributes to more than ~$20k to our weekly revenue stream. This period was the highest revenue we have had this year! Labor: Labor in September was monitored carefully. We incorporated new hires and rehires to expand tenant offerings, such as bowling alley, back lounge, expanded PM services, and dining room. We now have 2 sprinter vans dedicated to F&L for our drop off and offsite events. Total labor came to 63%. Other Expenses: Other expenses and outside services have been reduced to a minimum at 17.2%. Total Losses: Overall losses were ~$12.8k for the 5-week period. We remain flexible and agile as our target continues to move and have been securing business wherever possible. The week 4 we profited $3864 and in week 5 we profited $5657.

Full Service contactless mobile selfordering technology integrations. Monthly farmer’s markets hosted by Bon Appetit and CBRE at The Cove beginning 10/20! Fall-tober Fest, our annual Fall harvest tenant event will be bigger and better than ever. Weekly caterings to AMGEN through 2022! Weekly caterings to Franklin and Templeton in San Mateo in addition to ROBLOX.
