› 1. Pull out and prepare all ingredients. › 2. Cook pasta in heavily salted water
at a rolling boil (no oil needed). Fill mug with starchy pasta water (you will use this at the end to thicken your sauce). Drain pasta and set aside (do not rinse).

¼ cup kosher salt to taste salt and pepper mixture for seasoning (2 parts salt to 1 part pepper) 2 tsp granulated garlic 1 tsp olive oil
› 3. Return pot to stove and add
olive oil to pan, once hot add grape tomatoes and “blister” the skin for 1 minute.
› 4. Add shredded chicken meat
and heat through, approximately 3 minutes. Add cream and reduce till nappe (coats a spoon). Add granulated garlic and combine.

PRO TIPS Cream sauces require slow steady heat so they do not scald or boil over. Add some shredded mozzarella on top of the garlic bread and broil after baking to have cheesy garlic bread!
