BON APPÉTIT 2023-24 @ WESTMINSTER Boosting engagement + wellness

LET’S TALK ABOUT IT...

COMMUNICATING AND ENGAGING WITH OUR GUESTS

Bon Appétit has developed a strategic suite of resources and tools for our operators to work through their business planning and balance the people power with guest engagement needs. Consider efforts that fall into communication as well as soliciting feedback.

The team has begun implementing this new set of tools and resources as highlighted in the series of spring activation calendars that follow.

The groundwork has been laid for the planning of communication and engagement starting with Week of Welcome + Day One Dining – setting new patterns, communication, and avenues for feedback, followed by a “Year at a Glance” where the recipe is a custom blend of:

• Wellness Focus

• Spotlight

• Adventure

• Heritage + National Events
