Your Guide to Information on: Pillows Duvets Towels & Sheets
What’s inside your pillow? So many fillings to choose from: Fiber, Foam, Down, Buckwheat, Wool, Feather.... Are you looking for a particular fill for your pillow? Are you allergic to feather or foam and are looking for a specific all natural fill? Wool Fill pillows have become very popular as a hypoallergenic solution. The natural fill of this kind of pillow has some advantages over conventional fiberfill, foam, or feather fill. Can you remember the last time you changed your pillows? If you can't, now is the time to buy some new ones. Some people think they can get away with using the same pillow for 10 years, but in reality a pillow should be changed every couple of years. To ensure the best night's sleep possible, you should change your pillow every 1-2 years because pillows lose their shape and comfort, and the fabric and stuffing absorbs our body oils, shedding skin and strands of hair. In fact, there could be a miniature ecosystem at work inside your pillows. The older your pillow, the more advanced the ecosystem.
