Booking with Us: A Checklist Step One: Complete the online booking form at: http://www.shakespearesglobe.com/education/learning/at-the-globe/lively-action-booking-form Where possible, select first, second and third choice dates. Due to the popularity of our workshops we recommend that you book at least 12 weeks in advance.

Step Two: Once your form has been submitted, Globe Education will confirm a date and send you an invoice and an information pack, including a risk assessment for The Shakespeare’s Globe site.

Please ensure that you read through the information carefully.

Step Three: We ask that you send payment within 4 weeks of receiving the invoice. If you need to change the size of the group we will accommodate as best we can and send you a new invoice.

Regrettably once your payment has been received we cannot change numbers.

We accept payment by: Cheque: please make all cheques payable to Shakespeare’s Globe Trust and send them to: Becky Rathkey Learning and Teaching Coordinator Globe Education 21 New Globe Walk LONDON SE1 9DT BACS: please use the name of the school and the date of your booking as your reference Credit/Debit Card: we accept payment by all major credit and debit cards (except American Express) over the phone. Please call: 0207 902 1433. We have a 2.5% credit charge when paying by credit card.

Unfortunately we do not accept cash payments Step Four: Book your free pre-visit. After we have confirmed your booking and received payment we will allocate you 2 free tickets to the Globe exhibition and theatre tour to allow you to complete a risk assessment and prepare for your visit. Please note that if you wish to visit on a weekend we will be unable to give you a tour of the workshop spaces. Please give us at least 1 week’s notice prior to the date you wish to visit.

Step Five: As part of your confirmation pack you will have been sent a group information sheet, on which you provide details of the group size and their specific needs. Please complete this in as much detail as possible. Our sessions are bespoke and a detailed information sheet helps us to cater to the needs and learning objectives of your group. We ask that this form be completed and returned to us no later than 2 weeks before the booking. If you are bringing more than one group please complete a form for each group. If we do not receive the form within two weeks of the booking we will devise a session for you based on Romeo and Juliet, Macbeth or A Midsummer Night’s Dream.
