Our Location
Travelodge Towcester
Our accommodation is based at Travelodge Towcester Silverstone, just off the A43 Towcester Bypass.
Conveniently located near a service station with access to McDonalds, Starbucks and a Marks & Spencer's, food and drink will be readily available for students. To find out more about catering, check out page 7.
With the main town centre of Towcester just a 20 minute walk away, students will have full access to all that they need during their stay.
All students are advised to use the footpaths and crossing available when walking across the garage forecourt and to only use the specified crossings if walking into Towcester town centre.

Check in and Check out
Due to Travelodge’s rules, there are set times that students can check in and out of the hotel upon arrival and depature.
Check in
On your arrival day, check in is available from 3.00pm onwards.
Check out
On your departure day, all property will need to be removed and taken with you to College. If you’re travelling straight home, you need to vacate your room by 10.00am.
Rules and Regulations
All students must abide by a set of rules and regulations while staying at Travelodge Towcester Silverstone. They are as follows:
No alcohol/drugs or external visitors in rooms are permitted except for family members
Students must only smoke or vape in the designated smoking area
Students must not enter each others rooms
All belongings must be removed on day of departure
All students should check in with the Duty Warden when returning to the Travelodge after college
All students should inform the Duty Warden when leaving the Travelodge at any point
All students should return to the Travelodge by 9.00pm
In case you are sick or return home from the accommodation you must inform both the college of your departure
Catering
Breakfast
For breakfast, all students will be provided with a breakfast box at the Travelodge.
Lunch
For lunch, all students staying at the Travelodge will be provided food from the Silverstone Museum through the team on campus.
Dinner
For evening meals such as dinner, food will not be provided by the college. However, students will be able to access the following services: M&S, McDonald’s and any restaurant located in Towcester town centre.
Students will also be able to use delivery services apps such as Uber Eats and Just Eat.
Travelling to College
While staying at Travelodge Towcester Silverstone, transport will be provided for students to take them to and from our campus.
Going to college:
A bus will be available for students to catch in the morning to take them to NC4M.
Students using this transport must report to the Duty Warden at 8.30am each morning. If for any reason a student is unwell and needs to stay behind, they must inform the Duty Warden.
The bus will depart at 8.45am.
Leaving college:
To return back to Travelodge Towcester Silverstone, a bus will depart from NC4M at 5.00pm.
Procedures Emergency
Students must familiarise themselves with the emergency evacuation procedures on the back of each hotel room door to know their emergency exits. Students must follow all guidance from the hotel in case of lockdown or fire. Travelodge’s fire safety procedures can be found here: https://www.travelodge.co.uk/about/fire-safetyprecautions/

Safety During College Hours
If you have concerns during college hours, contact the safeguarding team at 01536 413004, email safe@tresham.ac.uk, or speak to your Learning Mentor (LM). Student Services is also available at 01536 413232 for support.
Safety Outside College Hours
If you need to contact someone while at the Travelodge, please in the first instance contact the Warden. However, If it is an emergency, please contact 999 as you normally would.
