Moon Dog
After picking up the guitar while travelling in 2018, Harry Murphy, better known by his alias “Moondog” found he was able to quickly progress to a basic handle and understanding of the guitar and so began his journey busking the beaches of Melbourne, Australia
With the lock-down putting an end to the travel years Moondog returned to his hometown of Bedford where he really began to hone in his song writing and vocal abilities, moving from the streets to the pubs and eventually gigs and music venues
Come and hear his story, told through his own original folk-songs with a few classic reworks His knack for acoustic story telling blended with tongue-in-cheek lyrics which have seen early comparisons likened to Jamie Webster, Frank Turner & Beans on Toast

SARAH ELLEN
Sarah Ellen is a local cat enthusiast, actor and regular at open mic nights This is her first gig, accompanied by the wonderful Mat Roberts Sarah has performed at Bedfringe before as an actor but is excited to be singing here for the first time
So thrilled that she took a selfie in a nearby bush for the occasion
Whilst singing the entire soundtrack of CATS initially felt like the obvious choice, she’ll be singing a mixture of relaxed acoustic covers (this time) You can expect big vocals and big personality
She wasn’t sure how best to sell herself, so has asked some ‘fans’ to write a word or two each to describe her sound
‘Whimsical’ – ‘Emotional’ – ‘Good’ – ‘No comment’ – ‘Meow’
It’s probably best that you come down and check it out, so that next time she has more words for her bio
