Great Denham Community Hall Toddlers Playgroup Helper

Volunteers will help with the setting out of toys and tables/chairs ready for a weekly playgroup session taking place on a Friday morning during school term times only.

One YMCA Play and Learn Activity Session Volunteer (0-Cruisers/Toddlers +)

Volunteers will support the Children Centre Practitioner Team in their work with parents, carers and children under the age of 5 years within the ‘Play and Learn’ sessions. The 0-Cruisers Group are for those babies not yet walking focusing on ideas to support baby brain development.

Headway Bedford Volunteer Rehabilitation Assistant – Cognitive Support

The main purpose of this role is to work with the clients either within a group or individually to complete a variety of activities within cognitive sessions.

National Youth Advocacy Service Volunteer Independent Visitor (Biggleswade Area)

Volunteers will offer support and a listening ear and be a positive influence in a young person’s life and help build self-esteem and confidence.

Goldington Reading and Recreation Rooms Trustee

You will join 6 other trustees in managing the Rooms for the benefit of the people of Goldington and the wider public. The trustees meet once a month on the second Tuesday to discuss business

One Housing Group Administrator

You will provide administrative support to support staff at Care and Support services. This may involve assisting with the duty desk, liaising with staff and external agencies, data input, maintaining customer records and general administrative duties and reception work.
