Bedford Borough Launch Online Mental Health and Wellbeing Hub Bedford Borough Council has listened to parents, carers, practitioners and school staff, about how they would like to have improved information on where to access support for mental health and wellbeing. Working together with the Bedford Borough Parent Carer Forum, BLMK CCG, Voluntary Sector, Public Health and CAMHS services the Council has created a dedicated page on the Bedford Borough Local Offer to bring the support and guidance into one easy to navigate space. The page includes; adult mental health support, wellbeing support for teaching staff, and where to signpost young people who may need additional support and guidance. Cllr James Valentine, Portfolio Holder for Children’s Service and Education said, “We have listened to what’s been said and acted accordingly to produce this dedicated page of support and guidance. This collection of resources has had many contributors and reflects a truly multi agency approach to supporting emotional wellbeing of our children & young people and professionals in Bedford Borough. “We want to ensure this page is as user friendly as possible so we would welcome any feedback on it, as well as any ideas on services or resources that should be included.” Visit the Bedford Borough Local offer to view Bedford Borough Mental Health and Wellbeing Hub: https://localoffer.bedford.gov.uk/mentalhealthhub
