Editors Note Hello everyone, Please see below, a photograph of our competition winner Bruce Liddle from Beeston who along with his wife enjoyed an evening with the Red Hot Chilli Pipers last month. I went with my husband and we were pleasantly surprised how lively, loud and talented these musicians were! Rock music with guitarists, drums and keyboard and bagpipes, different sounds but an amazing experience. I wasn’t surprised to see that they had a huge following, and so many people of all different age groups at the concert, all dancing and singing right from the the beginning of the show. It was so nice to see after lockdown, people coming together and enjoying themselves. Something we all took for granted before. Photo: Bruce Liddle in the middle, Willie Armstrong on his left, and James Harper on his right. Photo credit : ©Bruce Liddle I have EVEN MORE competitions for you this month, so have a read and enter! We also managed to see the Steve Harley Acoustic Band the show was sensational ! if you get chance to go and see them, I highly recommend that you do! Talented musicians, brilliant songwriting. They’re still on tour, and Steve also has tour dates with Cockney Rebel. (See the back of the bottom photo - there was a large organ at the Albert Hall in Nottingham, more about this inside- not played at this concert though !) The winners of Steve Harley & Acoustic Band was K. Tennick- Stapleford Who also said they really enjoyed the show. (So sorry we couldnt find you! ) This month: For all gardening enthusiasts, we have Gardener Steve again with his informative column, plus a chance to go out for the day on a coach trip to Blenheim Palace Flower Show on 25th June 2022 organised by Blue Skies The Limit Events. Book now to avoid disapointment! Competitions this month: WIN 2 TICKETS TO ONE OF THESE :

GARDENER STEVE Welcome to May's gardening, I hope that you have had a great spring in your garden, and hasn't it been a dry one, this spring I have been out watering more than usual, I wonder what happened to those April showers!! In May we look forward to the days being longer and warmer, hopefully with the risk of frosts having passed by the end of the month. It is such a busy time and there is plenty to do in the garden, greenhouse, and vegetable garden as we start to leave behind the spring colour, we are now greeted with the blooms of early summer such as the Rhododendrons and Azaleas. - I have added a couple of Azalea to my 4 season's border and certainly giving me colour this month. Don't forget to have a moment, down tools, grab a cuppa and just sit and take it all in and enjoy your garden! So, to kick start us all off here are few jobs to keep you busy in your garden throughout May. Happy gardening everybody! • • • • • • •
Feed and water container plants Top-dress permanent pot plants by refreshing the compost Protect crops from carrot fly by covering with horticultural fleece or enviromesh Trim back spreading plants such as aubrietia, alyssum and candytuft after they have flowered Don't rush to cut down or tie up the foliage of spring-flowering bulbs, let them die down naturally Harden off half-hardy plants by leaving them outside during the day and bringing back under cover at night To reduce the spread of forget-me-not, lift the plants now to prevent them self-seeding
Gardener Steve’s plant of the month Dicentra spectablis (Bleeding heart) Dicentras are Chinese plants bearing pink-red, heart-shaped flowers with white tips, which hang from arching flower stems in late spring to early summer, I just love them they disappear in the border but come spring they come alive and they are so graceful. D. spectabilis is an herbaceous perennial forming a mound of divided, mid-green foliage. Heart-shaped, rose-red and white flowers hang from arching stems. It makes a nice border plant in a cottage or informal garden or a nice filler in a herbaceous border. The Royal Horticultural Society has given it its prestigious Award of Garden Merit (AGM). Flowering period: Late spring Position: Partial shade, sun if the soil is moist Soil: Moist, fertile, humus-rich soil Hardiness: Hardy perennial Propagation: Sow seeds collected from last season in spring.Divide plants after flowering. Pruning: Cut back after foliage goes yellow and dies off, deadhead flowers after flowering. 14

The Chelsea Chop! The Chelsea chop is a pruning method by which you control the growth, size and the flowering season of many herbaceous perennials that grow in our gardens. This is usually carried out at the end of May, coinciding with the RHS Chelsea Flower Show which is where this technique gets its name. The Chelsea chop is a process that I use and here are the facts… • Suitable for late flowering perennials • Carry out at the end of May and early June • Plants that respond well to the Chelsea chop include: Anthemis tinctoria, Echinacea purpurea, Helenium, Lavender, Nepeta, Phlox paniculata, Sedum (upright varieties), Solidago Many other summer- and autumn-flowering perennials can be treated similarly. The degree of cutting back is specific to each species but the closer to flowering time you prune, the greater the delay in flowering. Some herbaceous perennials can be cut down by as much as half which will help the plant not grow so tall and leggy, need less staking and the flowers are smaller but more of them. Clumps of perennials can be literally be chopped back by one third to a half using shears or secateurs which will delay the flowering until later in the summer and keep plants shorter and more compact. This is a very useful gardening technique that I have been using for many years and can certainly recommend it on certain herbaceous perennials. If you would like any more information on this topic, drop me an email gardenersteve24@live.co.uk Day trip to Blenheim Palace Flower Show Saturday 25th June The Blenheim Palace Flower Show is back for 2022 and is set to be bigger and better than ever before! Broxtowe Borough Council Launches Ukraine Appeal. Broxtowe Borough Council has launched an Appeal for residents who wish to donate money and much needed items to support the Humanitarian Aid Work taking place in Ukraine and Poland. At a recent Full Council meeting, the Mayor of Broxtowe, Councillor Richard MacRae said, on behalf of the Council: Support for Ukraine - www.broxtowe.gov.uk/supportforukraine “This Council stands with the people of Ukraine and their friends and relatives living in the Borough and beyond. This is an unprovoked attack on a sovereign nation. The people that will suffer the most will be civilians on both sides. We express our unity and support for President Zelensky, the democratically elected Government and the people of Ukraine and call on the UK Government and its NATO allies to offer the maximum humanitarian aid and support for the Ukrainian Government and people. Broxtowe Borough Council is ready to step up to help refugees who have fled their homes.” The Appeal scheme was established after Chair of the Finance Committee, Councillor Greg Marshall and the Deputy Leader of Broxtowe Borough Council, Councillor Steve Carr agreed they wanted to provide a practical way for the people of Broxtowe to help. Broxtowe is in friendship with the town of Myszkow, Poland who are currently experiencing an influx of refugees, due to being located close to the Ukrainian border. This appeal will allow the people of Broxtowe to offer their support. If you would like to make a donation, no matter how big or small to the Appeal, you can do so through the official JustGiving page https://www.justgiving.com/crowdfunding/broxtoweukraineappeal If you would prefer to make a donation by cheque, please make the cheque payable to Broxtowe Borough Council and post it to: Ukrainian Appeal c/o Council Offices, Foster Avenue, Beeston, Nottingham, NG9 1AB. If you aren't able to make a donation but would like to help in some way, visit our Support For Ukraine webpage www.broxtowe.gov.uk/supportforukraine as we are also collecting much needed items that can be dropped off at our main Council Offices in Beeston, Foster Avenue. 30

“I chose John Flynn Optician as it is local to me a well recommended. I like that it is an independent practice and not a large chain. They also have good quality frames and lenses.
“I was recommended to come to John Flynn Opticians by family. They have lovely staff who explain everything in detail, much more thorough than other opticians I have been to.
My eye examination with Dr. Janjua picked up an astigmatism that had not been previously recognised. It made a positive difference to my headaches.
I love my new glasses, the shape and the colour. My eye examination was very thorough and detailed and the optician explained what all the technical words meant.”
All the staff are a delight friendly and helpful. It’s a pleasure to visit.”
“John Flynn Optician have friendly and knowledgeable staff who take their time to help with frame choices. It’s a local opticians with a large selection of frames and a fast service. My glasses are perfect and fashionable. Just what I wanted. The exam with Dr. Janjua was very professional and thorough. He takes his time to explain everything whilst being friendly and kind.”

“Friends and people I know had told me how satisfied they were with John Flynn Optician, so I thought I would give it a try. I do not think my experience could have been bettered by any other practices. I refer of course to the service and advice of the optician given to me two years ago at this practice at which time I was suffering with cataracts, and under his directive, I received hospital appointments where they were removed o.k. Dr. Janjua once again gave me a good examination.
“I cannot speak highly enough of Dr Janjua and all his team at Flynn Opticians in Beeston. Due to wrong prescriptions in the past going to him changed my life. Not only do you get the best product on the market and expert advice, everybody is so helpful and kind. I would not go anywhere else.”

The practice’s team are very good. They are welcoming, happy and helpful. They are a pleasure.”
“Just picked up my third pair of specs from Flynns. I’ve used them for years and cannot fault them, from the excellent care with my sight test to Annette and Wendy who are on hand to advise, make sure your specs fit and sit properly and just generally make you feel welcome. Nothing is too much trouble. Thank you all. Until my next visit.”
“I’d heard that the glasses were great quality and the service was great at John Flynn Optician. The staff have been very helpful and gave me all the facts I needed. I love the personal touch and that you don’t have to ask for help - it’s just given. I love my new glasses - the style, the colour, the quality - everything. Dan and Annette have been brilliant from the minute I walked in the door. They are very friendly and provided perfect service in every way. I will be coming back and will share my experience with others.”

Red carpet welcome for Mayor to unveil latest Street Artwork. Beeston Cabaret, at the Royal British Legion, commissioned the 47th Beeston Street Art installation. Designed and executed by Nottingham mural artist Anna Wheelhouse and brokered by Beeston Civic Society. The colourful design extends to 30 meters featuring bright red poppies with bees flying from the Beeston Civic Society beehive logo. The moto 'lest we forget' along with the silhouettes of two ’tommy’ soldiers add poignant reminders of battles fought and lives lost.Anna, who works from her studio workshops in Nottingham’s Gamble Street commented: ‘This commission is both an honour to undertake and provides playful elements as bees intermingle emanating from the Beeston Civic beehive to take flight across the mural’. Broxtowe mayor Cllr. Richard MacRae unveiled the completed artwork on Friday 15th of April. The RBL rolled out the red carpet for the mayor, who was joined by invited guests, including civic society members. They were treated to light refreshment in the club, together with entertainment provided by Beeston Cabaret. The club’s entertainment officer Dave Clifford said: ‘We are delighted to have joined with Beeston Civic Society, who introduced us to the artist through Beeston Street Art. Our members are enthusiastic about the artwork which has certainly brighten the approach to our club’. The entertainment featured singer Jay Harrison, who does a very good impersonation of Neil Diamond. Besides providing some top-quality entertainment, it was also an opportunity of showcasing what the Cabaret Club has to offer, with the big stage, impressive lighting and quality surroundings. The event was covered by local press, including NG9 News and featured on ITV news regional television – recognising the incredible contribution that Street Art makes to Beeston – serving to provide ‘Pride in Place’ to residents, bringing about conversations, comments and interaction between folk. 42

Children’s Design Competition Will Share Important Message Children across Nottinghamshire are being asked to create a bold bright design to show that everyone can sparkle, in a competition organised by the NSPCC and Broxtowe Women’s Project (BWP). Linking with the theme for this year’s Relationships and Sex Education (RSE) Day across Nottinghamshire on 30 June, children are being asked to design a pair of pants for the NSPCC’s Talk Pants mascot, Pantosaurus. The design must celebrate differences and show that everyone can sparkle. The NSPCC Talk Pants campaign is designed to help children to learn about the NSPCC’s PANTS rule, which teaches them how to stay safe from sexual abuse. Ami-Lara, Children and Young People’s Coordinator for BWP, which supports women, children and young people in Broxtowe who have experienced Domestic Abuse, said: “It’s such an important conversation that parents, carers and professionals need to be having with children. The Pants campaign, with Pantosaurus as a mascot, opens up this often daunting subject and shares the keys messages in an age appropriate, safe way. We’re really looking forward to seeing what children are inspired to create for Pantosaurus to wear! Each winner will receive a Pantosaurus plush toy, story book and game. We will also select one of the winning settings for a visit from Pantosaurus himself.” Rachel Wallace, NSPCC Local Campaigns Manager, added: “Talking PANTS is a simple conversation to help keep children safe from abuse. We hope lots of children across the city and the county will take part in this competition, enjoy being creative and learn about the PANTS rules at the same time.” The competition is open to schools, early years settings and community groups across the city and county. Entries can be submitted until 6pm on Thursday 9th June 2022. For more information, or for a template to complete visit www.broxtowewomensproject.org.uk/talkpants or email enquiries@broxtowewp.org and for more on the Talk Pants campaign visit www.nspcc.org.uk/pants In Talk Pants each letter stands for a rule: P: Privates are private. A: Always remember your body belongs to you. N: No means no. T: Talk about secrets that upset you. S: Speak up, someone can help. Business News Stapleford £1m Town Centre Recovery Fund reopens with more businesses now eligible. The £1m Town Centre Recovery Fund has reopened to high street businesses in Stapleford, and now includes more local businesses, to aid their recovery from the pandemic. The funding is being made available through the £21m Stapleford Towns Fund which aims to regenerate and revitalise the town. The scheme is split into two grants to support different aspects of business recovery: The Business Continuity Grant (BCG)aims to support business resilience and growth over the long term, sustaining occupancy levels within Stapleford Town Centre. This grant will support existing businesses looking to expand the way they distribute their services. It is anticipated a maximum of £200,000 will be spent on this portion of the wider Town Centre Recovery Fund. Under the BCG, eligible businesses will be able to apply for and receive up to a maximum of £10,000, although this higher amount does require match funding. The Building Development Fund (BDF)is to create buildings of the future; improving accessibility, energy efficiency and the look and feel of Stapleford Town Centre. It is anticipated a maximum of £800,000 will be issued through this part of the fund. Under the BDF eligible businesses will be able to apply for and receive up to a maximum of £100,000, although this higher amount does require match funding. The Towns Fund Board agreed this month to extend the parameters for applications to include businesses on Bessell Lane, Wellington Street, Middle Orchard Street, to the west end of Derby Road and northeast along Nottingham Road up to Cambridge House so that more are able to benefit. You can find full details of this on the updated boundary map - (see opposite page). Many businesses have already been successful in their bids from the first round of funding, including: 1. 20 Derby Rd, part-funding the conversion of the building into three offices - £97,330 2. Sun Shine Fish and Chicken, 90 Derby Road, new cooking equipment to offer healthier food - £5,000 3. Ryan Plumbing and Heating, 137a Derby Road, shopfront signage and showroom fixtures and fittings - £6,000 To check eligibility and submit an application visit: www.broxtowe.gov.uk/towncentrerecoveryfund 48

New Accommodation For Ex Service Personnel In Stapleford. Mayor of the Borough of Broxtowe, Councillor Richard MacRae has officially opened Tom Martin House , the recently completed construction of five one bedroom flats in Stapleford. The flats were built by local firm Vaughandale Construction Limited and will be let to ex service personnel on the Council’s housing register. This is part of the ongoing work to meet the Council’s commitment to build 230 new social homes over the next 10 years.Tom Martin House Councillor MacRae said, “These properties are important to support the mental health and wellbeing of ex service personnel. It’s the sacrifices of these people that gives us the freedoms we have today. They’ve looked after us for years, so we’ve got to do our bit to look after them.’’ The new homes have been named after the late Tom Martin, who had been in Stapleford for only three months when war broke out. He enlisted in 1940 and went on to be awarded the French military decoration the ‘Croix de Guerre’. He served throughout the Africa campaign from El Alamein to Sicily and went to France on the day following D-Day. He then served in Belgium and Holland and took part in the battle for Germany. Later returning to Stapleford serving residents as local Broxtowe Councillor, Mayor for Stapleford and Broxtowe and then became an Honorary Alderman of Broxtowe Borough. Colonel Gavin Hatcher, Commander of 170 Engineer Regiment, based at Chetwynd Barracks in Chilwell said, “It’s a real privilege to have been here today I think the back story behind the name of Tom Martin is really compelling and the fact that Tom Martin was so altruistic is really fitting. It’s great that the community have come together to look after veterans within the community.”

The new flats: • meet all the room sizes as set out in the National Space Standards • have bathroom and kitchen fans that provide continuous ventilation to the properties • have off street parking spaces and a secure communal garden • have been awarded a Secured by Design rating of Gold for their safety and security ribbon cutting of Tom Martin House The new flats also have good green credentials: • have showers (not baths) to assist in reducing water consumption • as well as excellent insulation each flat is individually fitted with an air source heat pump and solar photovoltaic panels. No gas is supplied to these properties. One of the new tenants said, “Moving in to one of the new flats has given me security and stability in relation to my disability and whether I may not be able to work in the future. I have moved around a lot and this flat now allows me to hope that this will be the last property I will live in and gives me that future where I can put my roots down. Living with other ex-service personnel has given it a family feel to living here.”

Hayseed Dixie began one innocent Summer day in 2000 when John Wheeler and Mike Daly and back and decided to play around in John’s studio. Having spent the previous few years touring around with assorted country hat-acts, John had assembled a proper pile of recording equipment. Thus when he and Mike discovered in their drunken epiphany that the
East Nashville, Tennessee in the Summer of 2000 was a proper Bohemian party place, and a few friends stopped by, drank some of John’s whiskey, and played and sang on this
Mountain hillbilly rave-ups.Everyone danced (oh how they danced!) around the studio room and out onto the porch and drank more whiskey. (You should have been there. Really. You should have.) know one’s ends, Hayseed Dixie have evolved into a proper force, one that most people either love, hate, or have never heard of. There isn’t really any middle ground, nor should of previously rendered songs - and global physical *sales in excess of half a million copies, creators of the musical genre, Rockgrass. The Albert Hall City Organ in Nottingham. Forward by Christine Gough. Further notes credit : The Binns Organ Trust.
I recently took this photograph of the large organ at the back of the stage at the Albert Hall in Nottingham. I was amazed by the sheer size and beauty of it, so I decided to read more and write about it. The Organ no. 552, a four manual 59 stop instrument, was erected in 1909 in the then Wesleyan Central Mission which was later renamed the Albert Hall Methodist Mission by James Jepson Binns in 1909. It cost £4,500, and was a gift to the City of Nottingham by Jesse Boot, 1st Baron Trent and was to be known as the City Organ. James Jepson Binns (1855-1928) was one of the most successful and prolific of the numerous Yorkshire organ builders working at the turn of the 20th century. The specification of the organ was drawn up by Mr. C. W. Perkins who was then an organist of Birmingham Town Hall and Revd Dr F Luke Wiseman who was a Methodist minister and organist. The Italian and Spanish walnut casework was made in Nottingham in the Boots shopfitting workshop and the exquisite carving by Fitchett & Woollacott, of Nottingham, James Binns supplied the main timber framing. The Albert Hall organ was one of the largest instruments that the firm produced, a versatile instrument well-suited to concert use. It has remained through time mainly unaltered, although in 1926, Brindley & Co from Sheffield made minor tonal alterations to the organ, and did not affect the overall character, sound and power. In 1973, Henry Willis & Co carried out the cleaning and some minor repairs to the organ. Over time the enviromental dust, pollution , and heat within the hall took its toll on the organ and in 1987 the hall was closed for three years and the organ remained silent. However, enthused by comments such as this from 91-year-old William Rhodes writing to the Nottingham Evening Post, “I hope I am not too late to express my astonishment and amazement at the apparent lack of interest in keeping this ‘diamond in their midst’”, the Binns Organ Restoration Appeal Fund was founded. People were co-opted, cajoled and persuaded to help with their time, their efforts and their money. Donations poured in and work began in September 1992 under the guidance of organ consultant David Butterworth, who was subsequently appointed Custodian. The Durham based firm of Harrison & Harrison werecontracted to carry out a full restoration of the organ after exhaustive research. The restoration was largely compete by August 1993 which gave the organ time to “settle in” before the re-opening celebrations in October that year. 60

In early 1994 decision was made inaugurate an annual series of organ recitals to keep the Binns instrument before the public. Full accounts of the restoration of the Albert Hall, Not-
tingham organ can be found by Mark Venning (managing director of Harrison & Harrison) in vol. 18 (1994) of the Journal of the British Institute of Organ Studies, and by David Butterworth in Organists’ Review of May 1996.
The Binns Organ Trust relies heavily on ticket sales and the generosity of individual donors to meet the costs of maintaining this wonderful instrument and delivering a world class organ recital series. You are invited to become a Friend of the Binns Organ to help ensure that the instrument can be enjoyed by the citizens of Nottingham for many years to come. For further information and membership please visit: https://binns.info/organ/history/

The History of The Albert Hall, Nottingham. In the early 1870’s the Good Templar’s (part of the Temperance Movement) and others were looking for a site for a Nottingham Temperance Hall. Mr Watson Fothergill, the fashionable and award winning local architect, who designed over 100 unique buildings in Nottingham won thecommission, but although the foundation stone was laid in September 1873 funds soon ran out.A rescue bid was put together with the formation of a limited liability company. Work resumed on what was to become the Albert Hall, a prestigious and expensive building costing some £14,000. The Albert Hall was the City’s largestconcert hall and a major venue for political rallies. But by the turn of the century it was quite clear it would never be able to generate enough cash to avoid frequent financial set backs. The Albert Hall came on the market in 1901 and was purchased by a syndicate of local businessmen for £8,450 and it was opened as a mission for the Wesleyans in September 1902. In 22nd April 1906 a fire swept through the building.his disaster came as a double blow when the Methodists learned that the Hall was under-insured, and they would have to raise a substantial sum of money to rebuild. Undeterred, the community raised the cash and sought another architect. This time, a prominent local Methodist, Mr A E Lambert, who had been responsible for the terracotta Midland Station, was asked to produce a plan. His new Albert Hall Methodist Mission was built in the style of an Edwardian theatre or Music Hall and, in the practice of Temperance halls, concerts and other events were staged in the building. The new hall was dedicated in March 1909 and officially opened on the 15th September 1910 by Lady Boot. The Hall continued to function as a Methodist mission until 1984 .Nottingham City Council purchased the Albert Hall in 1987 and a major refurbishment was set to task in order to link the venue with the adjacent Nottingham Playhouse for use as a multipurpose centre. The work was completed in 1988 and Her Royal Highness the Princess of Wales unveiled a plaque on 23rd February 1989 to commemorate the refurbishment. The Nottingham Playhouse managed the Albert Hall until July 1990 when the Nottingham City Council leased the building to the Albert Hall Nottingham Ltd for use as a Commercial Conference and Entertainment Venue. Beware of Courier Fraud
What it is. Courier fraud occurs when a fraudster contacts victims by telephone purporting to be a police officer or bank official. To substantiate this claim, the caller might be able to confirm some easily obtainable basic details about the victim such as their full name and address. The caller may also offer a telephone number for the victim to telephone or ask the victim to call the number on the back of their bank card to check that they are genuine. In these circumstances, either the number offered will not be genuine or, where a genuine number is suggested, the fraudster will stay on the line and pass the victim to a different individual. After some trust has been established, the fraudster will then, for example, suggest; - Some money has been removed from a victim’s bank account and staff at their local bank branch are responsible. - Suspects have already been arrested but the “police” need money for evidence. - A business such as a jewellers or currency exchange is operating fraudulently and they require assistance to help secure evidence. Victims are then asked to co-operate in an investigation by attending their bank and withdrawing money, withdrawing foreign currency from an exchange or purchasing an expensive item to hand over to a courier for examination who will also be a fraudster. At the time of handover, unsuspecting victims are promised the money they’ve handed over or spent will be reimbursed but in reality there is no further contact and the money is never seen again. Protect yourself. Your bank or the police will never call you to ask you to verify your personal details or PIN by phone or offer to pick up your card by courier. Hang up if you get a call like this. 64
PLEASE MENTION GRAPEVINE WHEN RESPONDING TO ADVERTISEMENTS .
If you need to call your bank back to check, wait five minutes; fraudsters may stay on the line after you hang up. Alternatively, use a different line altogether to call your bank. Your debit or credit card is yours – don’t let a stranger take it off you. You should only ever have to hand it over at your bank. If it’s cancelled, you should destroy it yourself. Spot the signs. Someone claiming to be from your bank or local police force calls you to tell you about fraudulent activity but is asking you for personal information or even your PIN to verify who you are. They’re offering you to call back so you can be sure they’re genuine, but when you try to return the call there’s no dial tone. They try to offer you peace of mind by having somebody pick up the card for you to save you the trouble of having to go to your bank or local police station. How it happens. You may get called on your mobile or landline by someone who claims to be from your bank or the police. They say their systems have spotted a fraudulent payment on your card or it is due to expire and needs to be replaced. They might suggest that you hang up and redial the number of their bank or police force to reassure you that they’re genuine. However, they don’t disconnect the call from the landline so that when you dial the real phone number, you’re still speaking to the same fraudster. They’ll then ask you to read out your credit or debit card PIN or type it on your phone keypad. They may ask for details of other accounts you hold with the bank or elsewhere to grab more information. Then they promise to send a courier to you to collect your bank card. The fraudster will have your name, address, full bank details, card and its PIN, and withdraw cash using the card and may even use the information to commit identity fraud in your name. How to report it. Report it to us online or call 0300 123 2040. If you’ve given your bank details over the phone or handed your card to a courier, call your bank straight away to cancel the card.
