The flavours in this dish are surpurb, will definately make again, added chinese cabbage, 21/2 Tbspns fish sauce and 1/4 cup ketchup topped with chopped peanuts at the end and squeezed lime juice over the top, what a burst of flavour the lime gives it. This is great! The rating is based on the following changes: I used egg noodles, no chicken breasts (served this with Kai Pad Bai Kaprow - Ground Chicken Stir Fried with Basil - Kai Pad Bai Kaprow), used reg. basil, 1/2 leek instead of scallions, no chili peppers, ground turkey, and I added about 4T ketjap manis (recipe from dvo.com - just google ketjap manis). 1 person found this review Helpful.
