The most important thing right now is not to follow anyone else´s beliefs or to start personal growth under others. The most important thing is to find your inner truth, your divine essence. When we feel it wholly in our being, we are following ourselves and we develop most.

The outer things can educate us on what we choose.

No path is wrong. Everyone experiences exactly the right thing and it’s a gift – Because we are all one. I hope that the following book will give a better understanding of what is.

Introduction I am glad that you have found this book and I hope that you will find it useful and inspirational from its insights.

We write this text together. The truth is knowledge and with knowledge we have the power to change the world and different situations. Find your own truth and let it shine here and there. This book can be compared to a meditation.

What I present here is nothing new or extraordinary which the ego could have use for. It is an easy flow that touches in stillfulness. I have come to a stage and I feel that I have to share my insights, which have helped me with my spiritual awakening.

I am a regular guy and not a spiritual guru. I want to plant a seed of love into people’s hearts, which will grow to self-awareness and truth. Then I have done what I came here for. People have always searched for answers regarding the universe, life and death. It is a natural process to be aware of these questions. The search for the truth has accelerated more and more in the last few years and has now reached a changing point. A new time era is on the way to be born and this is what this book will discuss. You won’t find the biggest truths in a book but deep in your heart.

So let’s read on and listen to the vibrations of the words and remember who we are and what we are doing here on

earth. It’s time to stop believing, it’s time to start knowing.

Awakening Sometimes we ask who we are and why we are here, what is the meaning of life and death. We search after answers which can come from friends, books or some religion. We meet hindrances and successes and learn to feel ourselves better, and thereby others too.

From a state of sleep to awakening… We stretch and see the world with newly awakened eyes. To become aware of oneself and the outer world is a process.

Spirituality belongs to each and everyone and not to a specific religion. Spirituality spreads over this planet faster than ever. It actually doesn´t spread, because it has always been in every soul, a science and feeling that we don´t need any proof of. Everything is about how far your awakening process is. Every human goes through this process sooner or later.

One cannot “become” spiritual, it is something that one already is and has always been.

From deep sleep to full awareness The more people know the less shock there is when the day of contacting our universe sisters and brothers 5

comes. We can tell our friends about this so that they understand, because media is not good at doing this. The contact is going to happen in a couple of years, maybe tomorrow. You also know this, but think that it’s going to happen or might happen in the distant future.

The truth is that it lies very close. If you choose not to read further then it’s the right choice for you. We always choose to open ourselves when we feel that we are ready.

Now it’s time to get ready for the biggest adventure of the Earth, because that is what is going to happen. Aliens do not just look like as you’ve seen on TV. Most of them look just as we do, you wouldn’t notice any big difference. On our planet exist groups like Europeans, Asians, Africans and so on, everyone with their special characteristics. There are many more in the universe. On developed planets the characteristics are very much like that in humans. Small details like eyes, ears and face forms vary, not only “green people”, like media often likes to show them.

KEY WORD IN THIS FIRST CONTACT IS LOVE AND TRUTH. SOON WE WILL BE A COSMIC FAMILY, NOTHING WILL BE AS BEFORE. A REUNION TOGETHER WITH THOUSANDS OF OTHER CIVILIZATIONS, ONLY IN THIS GALAXY. Hard to imagine? Yes, but soon it´ll be a reality. Soon the time is right, tomorrow or in a couple of years. We will see and feel the change. It’s happening already, but everything in this world is not visible before one “chooses” to see it. Very soon will the changes be visible to most humans. For those who have eyes to see

and ears to hear. Much will happen in fields like economics, politics, technology, nature and so on. The transformation will be felt in body, mind and soul.

Follow your heart, and be in presence, it helps a lot.

Tiredness, changes in job situations, relations and so on are as usual. You get in a higher energy and integrate the real truth about who you really are. There is nothing strange about it, it is a journey from a deep sleep state to full awakening.

The memory of your limitless nature is getting harder and harder to ignore. Have faith in the deep feeling of magic that shines in you. Our roads may be seen as different, but in us there is a root of love where our roads make a union.

There is much happening around us that we don´t see, especially when it comes to Mother Earth. We hear about earthquakes and floods. There will be more.

The media shows only a fraction of the truth of what is happening on Earth. One who seeks answers will have to find them on his own. The truth is that changes are bigger and stronger than anyone can imagine. Our planet is about to break out of its old shell and rise up to a higher frequency and that concerns everything that lives on her.

As we humans cleanse our bodies and get sick, so does the Earth. She has taken much through millenniums because of our forgetfulness about who we really are.

This will not be allowed to continue.

The so called UFO question will be open and the truth will be told. The media will get to know about this. It

will be said pretty suddenly. When this has been done they will show themselves openly to us. Speeches will be held in the media about who they are, about the history of the earth, what awaits, who we are and simply, the truth will be told. Then people will open their eyes. These speeches will change the world. After that the flights over will be done. Everyone will clearly see their space crafts, which are driven by anti- gravitation and electromagnetics and other technology that is totally unknown to us.

They are not unidentified flying objects, there are humans flying these multidimensional crafts. There's nothing strange about it. People will accept this in their own way. Some will cry, others will be glad, some scared, pass out and faint and so on. The only thing you actually need to do is to smile. You are about to wake up to be the one you have forgotten all about. The biggest shock will be for them who are in a deep sleep and are afraid to let go of the 3-D world. They will get much support from many directions. Fear easily rises when one must let go of old structures. Everything has its time and some will want to keep seeing things as they always have seen them to feel safe. That is why the contact has been kept for a long time, to show the presence. This outer contact has also been an inner contact‌ To find the inner nature which has no limits. In the exact right moment comes our navy of Galaxies, our cosmic friends, to show themselves in the sky‌ So that everyone can see, clearly and vividly, without doubts. At the same time, messages will be sent on TV and radio all over the world. After that the divine and cosmic plans will set in and take us back to full consciousness.

The changes will be happy and uplifting for you all. The energy on the planet Earth rises strongly now, to make us ready for this big happening, that we have waited for so long.

To give an example: a cosmic man called Shimro from the Pleiades, as human as we are, decides to make a flight over us. He is dressed in pilot uniform with badges. He has a smile on his lips and shines kindness and joy. There is nothing supernatural about it. It was thousands of years ago that they were seen as “the gods from above�.

Humans have just started to explore space and our space crafts are clumsy. They fight against nature and the universal laws instead of co-operating with them.

Don´t believe everything you read about NASA and new technology. Much of the information is classified as secret and never reaches the media due to control.

Technology that can replace oil and give an overload of energy has been discovered long ago, but has been blocked by humans who still want to have economic control. We have to realize that money very much controls humans now. Money is good if the energy flows, but leads to wars when people get greedy. High ranked ones in the military, some scientists and even big leaders know to a high degree of what is going to happen in the near future. It is mostly civilians who are still in a sleep.

They think that it is made up and nonsense. Everyone works as usual and live their lives. Most are unaware of what is happening behind the scenes. When the curtain is opened, a shock might easily occur. Then we suggest that

you take a deep breath. It´s not a question of them, it’s about being big enough to take responsibility for our planet and ourselves. Be as a member of the family.

Why can´t we see them now? Because they are in another dimension and reality. Another light frequency and vibration. Your eyes can register a certain frequency of light that your brain translates to a picture. Everything that exists in creation is vibrations of light that forms material. This is about to be confirmed by the world of science. Everything is energy and energy cannot disappear, only change form.

We live in a conscious universe It has been shown a couple of times that humans have either closed their eyes to what they have seen or chosen to write or tell about their experience and sights.

Meanings with these small signs are to slowly raise higher the human level of consciousness.

Why have they not just landed right in front of the white house and said: “We are here, now we will change the world”? The answer is easy; First and foremost they never use force to change things over, it is we who choose, we have a free will. True changes can´t be forced from the outside, they will come from the inside, from the heart and the soul. They are not coming to save us but to wake us up to full consciousness, and that is love.

Everything that is happening has a purpose even if you wouldn´t always believe it for example because of all the

terrible things that happen. Everything is a part of a higher plan.

They are not interested in showing themselves and brag. They are interested in showing who we truly are and that will be done in a lovable and appropriate way.

Our destiny is to be a galactic civilization, to wake up to full consciousness and that has been taking thousands of years. We have been controlled to believe that we are alone. They really have succeeded in it until now. When this happens it´s not science fiction, it is the truth. You have a soul. You are a cosmic creature with no limits.

Why is this happening? Because mankind has matured.

Our soul has said “We are ready, let´s go!” Do you think that the planet will be the same after this? The answer is pretty obviously no.

In a galactic society everything is shared, because there is enough of everything. Everyone is free. The word boring is not going to exist anymore. War, greed and hate will totally disappear. These cannot exist in the new consciousness and vibration which is about to come.

People who choose to continue in old patterns and don´t want to go further in love and shaping experience will experience this further on other planets in the universe, free to research and learn until they choose to go on.

Humanity is on its way to an energy filled with more love. You have a soul or an etheric body. You are not only your body. You cannot die. When you die you simply change form. You look at your body; “ Here I stand and look at my shell”.

Have you seen Star Wars and Star Trek? You probably

have, and maybe you have thought. It’s only a fantasy world on a white canvas. The truth is that there are no fantasy worlds. What you see in these films is just a beginning to a reality that is here soon. That is why a human being is creative, to be able to express his true self and his true feelings. The process is going on at full speed. There is message about this time which has come and will come in books, films, theater, music, art, philosophy and what we call religion.

The only true religion is “ LOVE & TO BE YOUR OWN SELF”. It may come as a surprise, but that is the reason we live for. To be prepared to some extent is good. First as a larva that crawls around, then this larva becomes a chrysalis. We are in that stage now. After that the chrysalis transforms to a butterfly. That is magic.

Technology and spiritually knits together In our present reality technology often takes the upper hand, which many times leads to power and disasters. We construct things to get money. In a society of galaxies money doesn´t exist. Technology is being used to create for everyone and in love. The plan behind this awakening is enormous and very complex. It has accelerated in the last 60 years and soon it will explode. We have had earlier visits through our long history. There are many 12

pictures and descriptions of ships in the bible.

They are being described as flying chariots and clouds that shine fire. We are not alone in creating this paradise.

We get help from Galactic civilizations in a bigger degree than we think. Many of them are here on earth right now. They look like anyone else. “Never judge a book by its cover” as they say. The truth is more complex and incredible than humanity’s wildest fantasy can imagine.

You are not a coincidence and you are perfect as you are. You are a part of this fantastic plan and you do your job by being yourself – Your true self.

Humans have lived in an illusion. They who don’t know and are afraid are easy to control. There are many people on this earth who love to control and be in charge of other people as if they were a flock of sheep.

There is a group of people who rub their hands together knowing that humanity is asleep. That is the best thing they know. If they would reveal everything they know about technology, laws of the universe and that there is life in the universe etc. people would wake up and the control would disappear so that people understand that they can make their own decisions about themselves.

Many negative influences in everyday life, such as violence, breaks people down, away from the truth.

However the truth has always been there for the one who chooses to climb down from the illusion. If you only knew in your heart how free you were, you would probably start to shed some tears. Do you feel yourself free now? Sometimes you do and sometimes you don’t.

Freedom is when you can do what you feel like without

any “have to do's”. That is the new planet earth. The control has been going on for a very long time, and we are getting help in taking us out of this illusion. It has taken time to get it right. Soon this control game is over.

War and violence has reigned over the planet to create fear and to control. After rain comes sunshine. There are thousands of civilizations from many galaxies (including and especially our own) who wait to meet us as their brothers and sisters. You think you are dreaming when asleep, but could this moment also be a dream? That will be what you think when the fist contact happens. We are not alone in the universe. The ones who don’t believe simply don’t know what is happening around them.

Reality goes beyond the frames of a painting. You will soon live a bigger truth, a bigger adventure! When this comes out globally, because that is what it is going to do.

Do you think that your things are good already? Then you haven’t seen what is happening in the world. We in Sweden have it pretty good. People go around and long for something more. Are we only a physical body and nothing more?

The answer to that question is simple. You are more than that! You are Limitless and Eternal and if you saw that you would never be sad again. We are here on earth to grow up and wake up to what we really are. People call it supernatural, call it natural. We are all One. It is the ego that says to you that nothing can be bigger than you. When you get angry you project your fear towards another person. If you could see yourself in this situation, it would be pretty funny. If someone is shouting at you or is mean to you, it´s the person’s ego that has taken control instead of the heart. The ego

always wants to have control; “I am better than you, I know more, I want this, or I can´t lose this” etc. It is releasing when you have learned to steer the ego instead of letting it steer you. There is nothing wrong in having an ego. But sometimes it can steer way too much.

Broaden your perspective , you are one of a kind.

Everyone has thought about if there is life in universe.

For many it is obvious and for some it is not. That is starting to change. We may simply think ourselves in the space world and how big and endless it is… It is unthinkable that life wouldn´t exist there. There is a lot of life. It´s swarming with life.

But you only see what you want and deny to confess.

There are civilizations which lie several thousands of years ahead of us in technical and spiritual development.

They have the technology to come here. They are not gods or aliens, just a mirror of ourselves, who have come further in their development. There naturally are civilizations which lie several thousands of years behind our development. They don’t know what a light bulb is.

It has to do with knowledge. We develop and our awareness is growing. It has not to do with better or worse but has to do with different levels of awareness.

An ant doesn’t see the whole picture from the surface of the earth, if it would –and understand what it saw -then its consciousness would change about what it really is. It is important that such changes in consciousness happen slowly. If a human in the 12th century would see a modern car he would probably think that is was a spinning monster and he would be scared, because of missing understanding. We are on our way in a change of 15

consciousness like that. They who visit us have the techniques but they are also spiritual beings. They live in harmony and love. A love and understanding that we long for deep inside ourselves here on earth. Obviously they are interested in what we do. Everything is united in the universe. Everyone wants the best for others. And obviously they don’t want to see our beautiful planet go under. They don’t show themselves to us. There are many reasons. Partially because it takes time to get used to the thought of life in the universe, it must go slow, they show themselves little by little to wake up thoughts and considerations.

There really are many alien bases on earth, under sea and mountain etc. There they can work without being harassed and prepare us for contact. They usually are invisible, because they can create a certain energy field around them. There is nothing mystical in being invisible; it´s about vibrating at high speed, the eye doesn´t catch up with the vibrations per second. You can see right through a fan if it turns fast. We not only get visited from outer space but from other dimensions too.

They who travel in time…Time is not linear, but everything is happening here and now. People hesitate, but all is as it should be and is a part of a higher plan.

That is how one gets used to the idea. Much information comes from books, TV, radio, film, music, art etc. It lays itself unconsciously in people. They only want to help us to wake up to a full consciousness and to a world where we no longer get controlled and limited. They don’t want to harm us. We have come to a time that is ripe for contact. Many people have given their lives for us to get where we are today, the planet has taken much abuse

from discharges, etc. They who thought that this can go on forever are wrong. It can´t be allowed anymore. We may think that life is far away, but actually it is right in front of our eyes.

Do you want evidence? Feel and look around. To get contact with oneself is worth more than anything else.

When you have gotten that contact you may do miracles.

Aliens, as we call them, have many appearances, there are those who look like us. Variations are limitless. They come from many places in the universe, for example the Pleiades, Sirius, Orion, Venus, Mars and Saturn. But they usually exist in another frequency, so we can’t tell with our earthly eyes if a planet is inhabited or not. Planet earth can be compared to a giant library. Many animals that are here on the earth are also represented in the cosmos. Here on earth there are variations of life expressions and surroundings from many parts of the universe. All and everything have their roles and meanings. Deep inside you know about most I have said here, but sometimes you doubt it. It lies in the nature of man to deny the things he can´t understand. The best you can do is to welcome the change instead of trying to deny it. There is absolutely nothing to fear. It is our destiny.

We are on our way to be a Galactic Civilization. AN ADVENTURE AWAITS! Do not search for something outside you, because everything is inside you. WE ARE ALL ONE!

We are there now After thousands of years of seeking and understanding through what we call religion, science, New Age and the supernatural etc. the answer is one and the same truth.

Love is the way to a higher and more conscious dimension, the golden age or “Heaven on earth”.

The changes and awakening have never been forced, the truth is that we have “chosen” it. We are ready to be a galactic civilization and come home, let the mask fall off.

We have had our school here on earth and it has shown to many in the universe how it is to live in a limited consciousness. They follow us with excitement about what is to happen. We actually chose ourselves to make earth what it is today, through many incarnations. People have asked what the meaning of life is. The meaning of life is to be aware that we are the life ourselves… You have this life and you can express yourself with feelings that are unique. You are a school of eternity. The meaning is as easy as LOVE! To learn what love is. That we have learnt to know to understand and feel, through choosing to participate in this earth adventure through many lives. It is a dream, that we come aware of that we dream.

Much will come to the surface. Fear will transform to understanding about what we have always been, that it is time to wake up to now. Jesus who once was here on earth, was one of them who came here to show who we are and what we could do. Our cosmic friends from thousands of star formations will soon show themselves openly for us. They who follow the news around the world will clearly see that strange things are happening.

Media gives us information about what is happening, but not always correctly. It gives us what we want to hear. Of this which can look like chaos, a new consciousness is born, which will soon be noticeable. Negative energy transforms with love. Telepathy that many have heard of is real divine and cosmic communication. Words don´t come even near what feelings can transmit.

When, where, how, why and to where?

All beautiful souls, young and old, what really is happening behind the curtain? Does it feel like you live in a stormy ocean or maybe in a still ocean? Maybe you simply surf on an ocean wave and take what flows to you? We live in a time of change, a really exciting one.

You will get to see and feel much that you probably didn’t think of before or never considered. There are many people who are aware of it. Life can't continue as it has for another 100 years. It won’t. The lightning of truth can flash tomorrow. It all happens in divine time.

The first signs in this fantastic plan begin with regrouping, changes in governments and even in the economic system that mostly rules the world today.

Money can cause wars, as can different views of religion.

Soon speeches will be made from governments all over the world that we are not actually alone in universe, but that our cosmic friends have followed us since the birth of the earth and that they have had a big influence in our

evolution and in a pace that we could handle. Freedom and justice will then be able to be created on Mother Earth. Our planet earth is in a mild sense a play area we have chosen to experience and be born in many incarnations. In this limited consciousness we have chosen to grow as souls. It is not a school where one competes but rather we are here to experience who we are deep inside…

Jesus, together with many masters as Buddha etc. had a universal and love-filled message that many have taken with open arms, but much has also been distorted. They will soon come back in physical form and talk to people and bring them together, to an understanding that we are a family and that there only is one “religion”, which is LOVE. Jesus was like one of us, but he was aware of where he came from, who he was. Jesus simply and softly wanted to show us who we really are deep inside. That was why he came here. You are about to wake up to who you are.

That is what is called spirituality. Spirituality is independent of religion. Religions stir the universal message. Buddha, Mohammed and Krishna are some of the teachers who have walked on this earth. You have your own truth in your heart. Live your own teaching. If we put this into words the teaching is actually conscious love. In higher dimensions where we come from –which most of us have forgotten – we are aware that we are a part of everything and that we belong together with everything – we are love. We are all one in being, when we take off our human mask and ego, which separates us.

After all, we are living in a world with different opinions, good and bad, happy and sad etc. All this so that The One shall be able to express himself/herself in every possible way. You are me and I am you on a higher level. We are of the same light, energy and Lovepower. From there everything is created from, that which penetrates everything. But in order for us to be able to feel ourselves we do it by diving into opposites. That way we get to know ourselves until we understand that we are not separated. We play that until we reach a certain consciousness, then we realize that separation is an illusion that the ego is holding on to.

There is meaning in that we experience opposites.

Without them we would never understand who we are deep inside. Separation also is a gift. Here on the earth we have experienced many sides of who we are. This planet is a “showcase planet”, a very unbelievable one.

There are many civilizations that have learned a lot and now we are at the end of a repertoire that will take us to a beginning of another eternal adventure. There a huge HUG is awaiting, that will make you look back with joy after everything you experienced and understand that it was meant to be. We have gotten information from our cosmic friends the most surprising ways that we many times are not aware of through dreams, visions, etc. so that we have the strength to carry on… Because you really are a love-filled soul who has forgotten who you are and that you can feel it inside you. You are not a human having a spiritual experience; you are a spiritual creature who is having a human experience. You will not only wake up and see the changes – You will also wake up to a full awareness, which means that you will be your

True Higher Self… The sum of all of your lives and memories from other experiences before you came to earth. You have friends who wait for you…The fantastic part about our planet and people who live on it is that we are going to go to the 5th dimension, which means a more floating reality, as real as now, but with more love-filled and faster vibrations.

Every cell in your body will be shining of light in a higher frequency. Joy and creativity are doors to other dimensions. You have probably noticed that when you are really happy it feels like everything is lighter and it tingles. Then you are in a higher state. Your body is a fantastic vehicle. It can do a lot more than we expect. Our brain capacity will rise up to 100 % and we will tune ourselves according to the cosmic frequencies. Your body is a vehicle for your soul and “energy body”. When body, mind, soul and awareness are one you will be able to change the form of your body with pure will and thought power. Your body is made of cells which in turn are photons and light energy. Your soul is light and pure consciousness, as your body is a lower frequency of light that seems more solid. In the galactic federation there are many thousands of planets and civilizations, which share and shape together. Our planet will follow soon. People and other beings in the universe can travel in different ways, either by leaving their bodies and travelling to places desired – you actually are a multidimensional being who exists in many dimensions at the same time.

Or they can travel in starships. Mostly they have a round or oval form, but forms can of course vary.

What is a galactic society?

You can think of pretty much… beautiful houses, communication that can be compared with science fiction, pollution–free vehicles that float above the ground. Take a visit to a highly developed planet and discover beautiful nature with clear water and forests, self-empowered gardens and galactic schools where you learn what you love.

Beautiful clothes and creating in every moment. The word boring can disappear. Love for everything will be felt and a joy will vibrate on the air. You will meet creatures with every imaginable looks. The body is like a vehicle for the soul. We can learn to leave it consciously, actually that is what happens in our sleep. That is why we sleep. To get ourselves new energy. The body is able to be awake, but it´s the lack of energy that makes us tired.

We are like an electromagnetic battery that needs recharging.

The Ashtar Command is here The Ashtar Command is an alliance of cosmic people, light beings and angels from the 5th dimension that live in a higher frequency of light. We human beings are on our way to the 5th dimension. The Ashtar Command has 23

an armada of millions of ethereal ships, over and outside the earth. They can with ease materialize and dematerialize themselves into our reality by highering and lowering their frequency. Everything in the cosmos is energy.

This energy is what we on earth call love. We are all souls on our way to the Divine Light, where we come from. Now we are ready to take the next step. We have families from e.g. Venus, Orion, Sirius, the Pleiades and Andromeda. In the lead for the Galactic Command we find Ashtar, together with Sananda, even known as Jesus here on earth. Their task is to get us back to full consciousness. It is one that needs a lot of love. Of course there is time for play and relaxation that we also like, but they have a good balance. They work with what they love. All souls like “play and joy�. It is a part of us.

Deep inside, we are all children. Sometimes some situations need more focus than others, but that doesn´t mean that one should be overwhelmed in negativity. We have a responsibility and that is to vibrate over the negativity. A good advice when you find yourself in a negative situation, is to breathe and go outside yourself and the situation. Think with your heart. Many from the Ashtar Command have chosen to be born on this planet and forget who they are and where they come from.

A cosmic law that is Free Will says that changes can not be forced from the outside by the Galactic Federation. Changes must come from the inside and from every individual heart. Together we raise the frequency which will lift in joy and love. When these incarnated souls and aliens start to remember who they are and what their missions are, a net is formed and the frequency will

be heightened. It is a silent revolution. We don´t have to believe, many souls who know work in silence. The quietness is what speaks strongest. The Ashtar Command is here and has been for thousands of years. They are here in unselfish service in the name of love to help planet earth and its inhabitants to a new cosmic consciousness. Very soon planet earth will not be the same. Earth is our home and it was not meant to be that we would leave it. Rather it was meant to be that we would love it and build a paradise. This is only the beginning. The Ashtar Command acts as a protector for our planet. They have had a big influence in our evolution. They know our planet more than anything else and their technology is many millions of years ahead of us. They know that fear exists in this dimension and are very careful in showing themselves to individuals who are afraid and sceptical. It is not meant to be that we should see them all the time. We are here to grow. We are worth more than we think. A heart grows and can take to itself as much as it is ready for. The Ashtar Command is here to help us in helping ourselves. Their ships can be as small planets. A ship is pure energy and can easily be adjusted according to what mission they are on. They accommodate big beautiful gardens, rooms for entertainment and knowledge, fantastic residences, halls for smaller ships and much more.

Reach for the stars Many incarnated souls have arrived in the past 60 years to raise the level of consciousness. They come from different universes, dimensions and planets to bring love to the earth, so that we can go into

a new era that can be read about in many religions and texts. It´s swarming with life everywhere, and we are here to give a ride of evolution. The universe is waiting to say hi. Many souls on planet earth want to have peace, but there are also people who want to have control by wars. That is about to change. We become more and more conscious about that we are all coming from the one and same source. We all want to have peace and create something better together.

We have sent this around us and pulled it towards ourselves. Soon this planet will be a cosmic civilization where love, joy, peace and creation is our truth. We have never been alone and will never be, it is a game in mild meaning, where the truth is LOVE! All souls in this now, on this earth, have chosen to be here and to go through this limited awareness. You have simply forgotten. It is time to wake up and be the one you feel and know that you are. You are a soul incarnated on earth and you are eternal. What you see in yourself you also see in another human. We want to be happy. It is easy, but it´s about 26

training and self-knowledge. To find one’s own truth and love of everything that is. When you realize that you are a soul that already has everything, you will stop reaching for perfection. We are all perfect the way we are. It is important to be in the now, to focus on the now. To enjoy what is. Our ego has a tendency to focus on what has been and what is going to be, instead of accepting the present as it is.

EVERYTHING THAT IS, IS NOW! EVERYTHING HAPPENS SIMULTANEOUSLY! You create the future in the now. Focus on what makes you happy. Not that which makes you sad and confused.

Remember not to deny your feelings, even if they feel hard, there are many layers of denial that will come up before you know who you are. What you focus on becomes your reality. It can be hard to get out of a negative model, but if you accept and love you will grow.

KEEP YOUR EYES OPEN and do not sink in problems that surround you. Try to let them go. If you are tired, rest as much as you can, if you are hungry, eat something light and fresh, be outside in nature – it is healing. Smile, talk uplifting words with yourself, take every situation for what it is. Don´t work yourself to death and don´t think too much… Stop occasionally and say to yourself “Now I will take time for myself and do what I love the most. I am worth it.” If you are angry, bored and confused do not let these thoughts take over your life. We have feelings to be able to feel! And listen. If we don't listen, it can lead to disease or stress. We feel, because it is something we humans are masters in. Every feeling

exists as a guide, so be aware of them. If you feel an unpleasant feeling let it rise as warm air and steam through your body. Then visualize how this feeling disappears, so that it doesn´t stay in the body. All of your problems etc. do not just come to you as coincidences.

They come for you to learn and understand about yourself. Some call it school. I call it an experience course on planet earth. You are taking that course. You have chosen it, just like you choose a regular course here on earth, e.g. painting. Feelings won’t take over your life. They will give you guidance. Let all old thoughts fall, e.g. that you are good in nothing, you are ugly, have a boring life, etc. For us to start all over again we have to let it go and accept what we feel, when we accept something for what it is with a smile, we can begin anew.

Many say that it´s hard, but it isn´t. It´s about not getting dragged in one’s prison of thoughts. YOU ARE FREE! But you “choose” to limit yourself with negative thoughts. Instead, choose to see consciously about your problems as a positive thing, so that you can let them go and then they are not so dangerous. When you do that, you are on your way to an exam in your course. And that day will come. You have already decided it. Everything can be summarized in the word LOVE. We are all love.

Everything has been created by love. We are all one. The course takes different time for everyone. But the road becomes broader and broader, with more clues and more mailmen. You will be shown the way. To ask yourself about the way is also a good hint.

Sometimes we meet negative people in our everyday life who easily infect us. That is because we humans

surround ourselves with an energy field where our thoughts, feelings and health are grasped and are drawn to what is being sent. When we come near an energy field of someone else, we may feel good or bad depending on what he or she is projecting at the moment.

We often get a feeling that “I enjoy myself here” or “I don´t like it here”. If we don´t want to be receptive for people’s negative energies it is important to feel that we are centered around the truth and our own energy, that we know who we are. Negativity is nothing dangerous; it is an energy that we all have experienced. That darkness we can feel inside of us needs to be lit with light of the heart.

There is no right or wrong when we speak of dark and light, they are both equally important. In this life opposites will melt together and become an understanding of the whole.

There are no limits You make the limits for what you want to be and what is possible. When you dream you create another reality, you are very creative when you sleep. You can fly and be in worlds you’ve never known about before. Have you ever caught yourself dreaming? Then you can with ease reform the environment where you are only by thinking of it to change. That´s true in our physical world too. But

it takes longer time. In a dream it happens directly.

Become a conscious dreamer. Everything that exists in our physical manifestation is light in a special wave, frequency and vibration that we can change.

What are dimensions? They are higher frequencies of light, which we can’t see with our eyes because we can only see a certain level of vibration per second. If something moves faster than light it becomes invisible.

Everything that exists is therefore light and vibrations.

Every object has its special vibration, everything you say and think are also vibrations. When we die our soul leaves our physical body and transcends into a higher dimension, which we do not see. You can record sound to a CD with assistance of laser light, to a regular cassette tape with help by magnets. Magnetics is known. Our physical bodies, all physical objects, have an aura around them. These gather around the body to keep the form that the energy builds. That field is called an aura – magnetics attaches energy and that is why we can sometimes collect negative energy. We shine what we think and feel. In your thoughts you can create and change what you want, that´s how it is in life and after death too. You can shape your dream and go on and do what you feel, that is your highest self. We do not go to a “heaven” as it is said, when we die. We go to another reality, neither up or down, it simply is – everywhere – and eternal. What do you want to do when you die – If you die? You can actually choose.

You are not controlled, but most souls want to go up to higher frequencies, to experience more of who they are and where they feel resonance. That we die is just

something we think we have to do. It has become a pattern. Like much else. Sound, light and colours are the same thing and it is documented. Everything you think about changes senses with aid from the brain. The brain is actually only a tool, a computer for the soul, senses and our body. It makes transformation of all this light of physical frequencies to pictures possible – The light goes in through our eyes and makes it possible that we see a 3D –world. The light goes so fast that before you realize it you see it in the present. So there is no future. You create now! You will soon wake up and be conscious that you create with your thoughts. When you realize that, you will wake up from your hibernation and shape your dream in the reality. What we concentrate upon grows.

Fantasy does not only exist for the sake of existing, it is our power of creation and belongs to our true self. That is why people often dream about what they want to do, but feel themselves limited. Deep inside they feel that they have the possibility to shape their dreams, but can´t quite remember how. Highering vibrations is being done by focusing on what makes you happy. Positive thoughts, freedom, joy and love creates higher vibrations. Lower vibrations are being created by fear, hate, domination etc.

To raise one’s vibrations can take time, it is a process.

It´s hard to say that “Now I will be happy all the time”.

Because it´s about cleansing and meeting all sides of yourself and others. It´s about loving ourselves as it becomes a gift to give and spread the love to one´s surroundings. We will simply have to start by “choosing” joy, love and freedom in everything that we do. Step by step we can change our thoughts. We have actually been programmed to almost always concentrate upon

something negative. Like “I will not pass this exam” When instead we can think “I will do my best and aim at the highest degree” Meditation is something that is good to do daily, approximately for 15 minutes. This is for one to learn to be quiet in the mind and to learn to be an observer of the situation. A time will come when the vibrations here on earth will be very high, more love and more joy will be felt in body and soul, maybe as an inconvenience first, if we are not used to this. Some have actually forgotten about how it is to be happy. All people on this planet will not be able to do this highering of frequency, they are not mature and will instead choose to “leave” their bodies and live further in a lower frequency. A body and a soul that is in a considerable unbalance may feel that the vibrations in a rise of frequency become too strong. We humans attract to ourselves equal vibrations. That is why thought and feelings are an important part.

Self-knowledge is important. That is the key to become a master in love.

Then the transformation to a galactic society will begin. A big help will be offered to mankind and everything will be ready and clear about what is about to happen and why. Space ships in the sky and people, beings from other civilizations will at first shock many, but as time goes it will tie strong bonds and understanding that there is nothing to fear. The party has started! What many do not know is that the aliens already are among humans. They are from many star systems and planets. They are here on the same terms as everyone else, but with a mission to raise the consciousness of mankind. When enough consciousness is lifted up, the global awareness and changes are grounded. Everything is energy and frequencies that spread. It is nothing new, most have known deep inside themselves that big changes are going to happen, but maybe not really known exactly what will happen. Perhaps not everyone will be ready to higher their vibration. Help and guidance will be offered for those who want to go further. Many do actually live in their last incarnation right now and came here for raising global consciousness for this happening. Some will return to their home planet or dimension, while others choose to stay on earth to create a paradise in love.

Changes will be huge. Nothing remains the same. Wars and current economical systems will disappear totally when the time comes. We will become a big whole Family and feel free about ourselves. The adventure will be eternal and amazingly uplifting!

Mother earth Planet earth has a consciousness as we do and goes through her cycles of change. Our planet is preparing herself for the next level of our evolution. The planet and mankind are on their way to a higher frequency, a faster vibration. All of the old will transform, like a dog that shakes off its dirt. Mother earth waits peacefully to transform all negative energy that she has had to stand.

The Earth surface, our inner selves, our bodies, minds and souls go through this change and have been doing that for many years. Catastrophes have united countries and made them help each other. We will come to the insight that we will help instead of fight each other. This is an alarm clock. All souls who have passed away in catastrophes chose to do so before they incarnated on this planet, to take us further in this plan to full consciousness. Love to all these souls! Nobody dies without a purpose. In the higher universal plan much good will come of this. It is hard to see, but we did not come here to believe in something better, we came here to know.

We can feel sympathy and compassion, but we shall not be drowned in sorrow, our mission is to go straight forward and keep the faith for a better world. It´s time to think with the heart. We will see more revolutionary things, not only grief but also magical things that we now are ready to receive. Hold on, the journey to a full consciousness has only begun. Everything is exactly as it should be, and everyone has their role in this awakening.

Sadly enough, the role of some is to leave their bodies and go further as that soul has chosen before it incarnated. This is sad as we see it, because we have feelings. Their physical death is not in vain. It has made our world to see deeper and grab hold of things, once for all. And more is about to come! Contact with our Cosmic friends, as it has been said. A time will come when they show themselves openly and guide us to a right direction,

Be open for new ideas We have received glimpses of what the future has to offer through many contacts with masters and other teachers. For once, forget about the physical appearance.

The depth of every soul is the same, we all have the divine spark inside us, and we will always be a part of the All. We cannot be separated from each other. Very soon our cosmic friends will show themselves more openly in our reality and in our lives, they have an enormous help filled with love to share. Send thoughts of love back to them and accept that they are here around our earth. It is our destiny to unite with our Galactic Family. It will be an emotional awakening when we remember who we are.

Be open to new ideas and new ways of living, because the old will no longer serve you when you are aware of the Limitless. It will happen so fast and all of a sudden that you will think that you are dreaming, so prepare yourself and expand your thoughts and fasten your seat belt because we will jump a giant leap of evolution.

To experience positive and negative, in other words opposites, teaches us who we are on many levels, and

Orchestra of Cosmos When we hear the expression “everyone is one” it has a meaning to it. The soul, God, The all or whatever name one chooses to give it is the energy that is everywhere, in everything that creates everything. We are all a part of the All and from the same source. We can’t be separated from each other, it is an illusion. We are all one, it is a universal truth. The big consciousness has separated to many consciousnesses and that is why we can experience ourselves and create unique experiences through the All. The creator wants to experience everything. We all have unique gifts to share. There is nothing and no one better than the other; we can say that we exist on different levels of consciousness. All souls on this earth are on their way towards the light and to a union with everything that is. This power that exists through everyone and all is pure, limitless and unconditional love, the source and the primary source. To be able to experience ourselves as who we are we also need to experience who we are not. Without opposites we can’t fully experience who we are. To feel warmth we need cold etc. Opposites make it possible for us souls to experience who we don´t want to be and that is necessary if we want to grow past them to be who we really are.

Can you see the spark that is life itself and the all? Love is the power that gives life. On guitar strings we can play different tones, but it is always the same instrument.

Tones can be called dimensions and they have their own unique vibration. The all is endless amount of tones in harmony. The whole universe is a limitless symphony orchestra and without your cling the cosmos is not in harmony. You send your tone throughout eternity.

Dimensions are different tone placements that vibrate. If you raise the frequency it will not become audible or it will not be seen by your senses if it is high enough.

X-ray waves which have a higher frequency of light penetrate through the skin and make skeletal parts visible. We also have infra red light and infra- sounds which are being used much in today’s technology. The visible light is a part of our everyday life but that doesn´t make the unseen light no more unreal. The rainbow has seven colours which are red, orange, yellow, green, blue, dark blue and purple. These form our colour spectrum which we can see. We have seven energy centers, called “chakras” in our bodies, starting from our occipital and going down from there. They have the same colours as our rainbow. Number seven has had a meaning in Christianity and in the bible, where it is seen as a bridge between people and heaven. Sounds, light and colours are one and the same thing. A dance of energies. about this for a while‌This shows that everything we see as real is limited to what we can experience with our senses. Everything in the universe has a unique vibration, even though one has two of the same kind of glasses they do differ from one another. This is the language of vibrations.

The last 60 years the UFO- phenomena has been known globally. The fact is that many of these ships are from Galactic civilizations. This is nothing new because we have had regular visits from outer space throughout ages of history and there are many holes in our evolution.

Their presence has been mirrored in many cultures through pictures and writings. The well-known Bible has many describings of ships for the curious one. Our friends from the stars are very much like us on the outside and they come from many places in the universe.

Hair, clothing, height, face, form and body structure vary.

Of course there are also beings of reptile-like and insect forms. Variations in a thing we call life have no limits.

Some forms could look a bit bizarre to our eyes, while others could be more humoristic or very beautiful. There are no right or wrong looks; it lies in the eye of the beholder. The depth of the soul is the same, we all have the divine spark inside of us, we will always be a part of everything. With this point of view everything will become unique. The Cosmos is squirming with life, just like it does here on earth in nature, seas and cities. Our nature –and animal life is a beautiful example of how 39

creative the universe is, a microcosm in a macrocosm.

We need not have a body to exist. We can go to higher vibrations with our light body. The Cosmos of the Creator is the canvas and you are the artist. It is not only a negative thing to be limited. We take a few steps at a time, otherwise it will be too much. Our cosmic friends can with ease lower and higher their vibration and travel between dimensions. If they choose they can materialize themselves in our reality. Time is not linear. Past and future exist at the same time in the now. They are as well time travellers as cosmonauts. They who visit us have the technique, but they are also spiritual in their being and thinking. They live in harmony and love. A love and understanding that we deep inside want to feel on earth.

They are of course curious about what we do. In the universe everything is unity and in symbiosis. Of course they do not want to see our beautiful planet fall down and that is something that it won’t do either. There are many people who work consciously or unconsciously together with aliens in order to prepare the world for a cosmic meeting. They want to help us in awakening to a world where we no longer are controlled and limited, where we do not control and limit ourselves. The spiritual insight that is now being spread on our planet is made of a higher purpose, to remember who we are and to prepare the world for a first meeting.

The science about their presence has risen enormously in the last years and most believe in life in the universe, but what they do not know is that they already are here. We also have regular people who have been contacted in dreams and who have been on board ships.

The Unconscious is always filled and comes to the surface when the soul is ready. Our senses function in a way that if changes in awareness occur too quickly we have a tendency to push it aside due to fear. Our friends know this and never force the changes from outside, but let the change grow and slither like a grain. When the flower blooms from the inside and from the heart you will feel the truth in your whole being. As humans awake and insight spreads itself like rings on water, it becomes bigger and bigger and together they wake up those who sleep. Many mother ships are stationed around our earth and can accommodate hundreds of thousands of beings from many planets. There are even smaller crafts for shorter trips and discoveries. The armada of ships is enormous and the variation in size and form is being adapted according to purpose. There are mother ships which are 100 miles in diameter and with 12 stories.

They can accommodate paradise parks with artificial sun, moon, fruits and a rich animal life from many planets.

There are conference rooms, dining rooms, music rooms, movie rooms (where you can create the film with your thought at the same time that it is being shown) theatre scenes, apartments for the passengers, garage for smaller crafts and much more. You can also visit the big data library where comprehensive information of the universe is available. Everything is being shown with a holographic presentation. If you would visit one of their ships it would be classified as ultramodern. Ships are totally self-powered. Everything is about handling the creative energies of the universe. On the ships there are all possible visitors. It is like an enormous hotel. Open

The fact is that their mother ship is stationed around our planet now. They follow our evolution, everything we do.

If you look up to the sky you can actually sometimes see smaller spacecrafts. But most often they are dematerialized. Soon they will materialize themselves to our frequency and show their presence more openly.

In the Galactic Federation there are many member planets and civilizations from other galaxies who work with the light. They share and create together. Planet Earth will soon be a part of this federation, even though we don´t believe it. There are rules for a first contact with civilizations. Partly there is free will in our universe.

They don’t want to force their presence into any civilization and risk separating their unique traditions and ways of living. Besides, inhabitants of a planet must have gone through some spiritual awakening before contact can occur. The Federation can be compared to earth´s UN (United Nations) but on a bigger and more conscious level. Our galaxy totally squirms of life and is far from empty and cold. For example the planets Venus and Mars are inhabited, but life is on a higher vibration/frequency and the only thing that we see is the body of the planets which is on our dimension of light speed. We can compare it with layers of an onion. Our galaxy has so many planets that it would be hard to name and describe them all. The plans for a first contact with the earth have been going on since ages past and have been refined step by step. These plans are now being kept going fully and they will be expressed at the right moment, sooner than we think and definitely in our

lifetimes. This is why you hold this book in your hands.

We are not left alone with our development, we have cosmic guides on our side. They have always been here and followed our development and have had a loving finger in the game. They have stopped the military from exploding our planet when they have played with bombs which could have been the end of the earth. They have also been with us in higher plans and guided humanity to go where we are today, and given humans ideas which have in many ways affected our spiritual and technological development. In our present reality we often give the economy and technology the upper hand, which can lead to misuse of power and big catastrophes.

Free will is being accepted to a certain limit by the Galactic Federation. The line was drawn when we without responsibility started to play with atomic and hydrogen bombs. Then it was time to awaken the “kinder garden baby� and let them start the first grade. We produce things in order to make money here on earth. In a Galactic society there is no money. Technology is being used to create for everyone and in love. We wake up in a faster pace and become more and more open to the idea about the existence of our cosmic friends. We did not come to being here on earth just by accident like certain scientists theorize about our evolution. We are relatives with cosmic people. We have DNA from many different cosmic races. From a very long time ago the plans about establishing a paradise on planet earth started. On earth people were meant to live together in a never before witnessed flora of animals and plants, but the dark forces interfered in the project for their own gains and disconnected ten of the twelve DNA-strings.

Free will and self-knowledge We live in a universe of free will. We choose who we want to be and no-one can force us to anything from the outside. Control is about that we can´t make our own decisions and prevents us in our development. We start to realize that the real strength is not physical but deep inside our hearts. That is where the well of real strength and the force of creation is, it is there quietly and still and is a part of you.

If you find yourself, everyday problems can easily give you a deeper insight without you having to give them all your power and energy, which only makes you tired in vain. The endless power of love which penetrates the infinity demands nothing from you. You are here on planet earth on an experience course where opposites meet and that gives you more understanding of who you are and who you want to be. Your task is to be yourself.

The real joy here on planet earth is to recall who you are and to be an Aware Creator. This can be very easy or very hard depending of how much baggage you carry with you. We all have our inner structures which we have learned since our birth and our habits. We often react without thinking after when we end up in a tight situation.

There are people on this planet who love drama and like to make big scenes out of all situations‌ We really

can say that we are making an enormous theater scene where we all have our roles. We can choose to play this role consciously or unconsciously. The Ego plays a big part in our everyday life. It has it´s own voice and is afraid of changes. To be conscious of the ego and its voice in different situations can be a good way in understanding what you think about yourself. The ego is not a negative thing, but if one gives it too much influence things can easily be chaotic. The ego likes itself and likes to ask why, when, where and so on. It is much more joyful to consciously create one’s own daily theatre play: to be knowing of one’s own thoughts and words.

To be conscious that you create your life with thoughts and words. To be conscious that All is One and that you are not your “ego”…You are Love. To live life fully and experience every moment in joy is the goal for every soul. How does one reach joy? Then we must ask ourselves what joy is. Joy is nothing you can grab on to, even if a physical joy can give us joy for a moment, it is not eternal.

True Joy is reached by trusting yourself, through trusting everything that is and to live the present for what it is, not to wander around in what has been and to not to worry about what will come. The truth is that there only is Now. Many people live with worry of the future, worry about how it will be like and what they want to do.

This does not give anyone joy. We have this unique gift which are feelings that give us the experience of many energies in the body. When we are nervous the heart beats fast, the breath becomes irregular and the brain starts to think to find peace and understanding. One could jokingly say “I think, thus I am confused” like a good

friend spoke. You might experience this as uncomfortable or as tickling. Feelings are a language which can not be spoken. We often project the past into the future, because we can compare the past with the upcoming. Then we easily make the conclusion that things must go as they did before. Our thoughts can be a prison which we hardly dare get out of. We see limitations and thus create limits. If you open the door and understand that you are what you think, then you probably are on your way to being a conscious creator.

In the now there is nothing to worry about. Try to be in the now – listen to all of the sounds and feel every movement without any thoughts, do you feel yourself free?

We can get rid of old baggage by silent meditation.

Negative thought structures are best dissolved by sitting still and by quietly accepting that they are there without attaching to them and by letting them melt away like snow, through visualizing this in your inner self. Look in front of you how you are been washed by white light, from every direction. You see in your inner eye how this light transforms heavy vibrations in your body to a lighter energy. When you master the power of the now, many things will change. Same things attract each other, it is a universal truth.

The definition of reality and dream is basically the same.

It is about what you choose that will be the reality and what you focus on. Right now we people are spiritual beings who experience human matters. We have a focus here and now in this time and therefore call it reality. On the physical plane the vibrations are very slow and of high density. In the higher spheres, where our light

bodies visit during nights, the structure is more floating, vibrations are faster and are not affected by the illusion of time. We directly create with the power of our thoughts what we wish for. The physical plane can actually be described as a conscious dream which you have chosen to experience, the difference is that here in the lower vibrations it takes longer time to create what you wish for, but it is completely possible. What is needed is to hold the focus on what you want to create and then wait for it to come, without any doubts or negative thoughts.

Our thoughts are moving energy, which create feelings, E-motion stands for Energy in motion. Every thought together with our feelings becomes a unique wave of energy which by focusing takes a physical form.

Visualize a bubble in all of the colours of a rainbow and enclose your wish. See the bubble floating away and let the energies play freely. It is a dream that we become aware of that we dream. Become a conscious dreamer.

Feelings are not just something that are made by the body. We are much more advanced than that… Feelings are a blueprint, they surround us, are collected by others and spread joy, but also confusion. We are not physical robots. Deep inside you now everything and how things are and when that comes out life will be a big celebration. Your body is a “vehicle”for your light body.

The cells in your body make up your senses, they are intelligent, they rebuild your body and repair it. All your thoughts and feelings affect your cells. Think yourself healthy! Think yourself as you wish to be! The light body encloses the physical body and is egg formed. Here on Earth you can say that we are in the kinder garden. That

is nothing negative, nothing better or worse, everyone is on different levels in the endless journey of discovery.

In the era of truth you are needed In the era of truth the slumbering souls are awakened!

Days go by, weeks go by. But what does it matter, time has no effect except on the outside of us. The inside is independent of time. If we live with timelessness in our thoughts and feeling we don’t have to get old. The insight of our divine truth grows stronger and more beautiful in every moment of our being. There is nothing to be afraid of. Go behind the veil of the ego and learn to know your divine and cosmic true self. The one who loves in the eternal space of now! through you and around you, the spark of life and life itself. The presence of the silent self wakes up your truth. The Father, the Creator, Alpha and Omega, everything that is, the beautiful form of a snowflake, the dance of a tree in the wind. Everything has been created in truth and burns with the flame of love. Our universe is built in 12 dimensions. Every dimension is divided in many frequencies. We are all on our way up in frequencies until the day when we go from the 4th to the 5th dimension. We attract to ourselves more and more of the true light in our light bodies. That expands our consciousness and we understand that we are all from the same source. All grades of awareness, from the ant to the highest of the high of consciousness are of the same

power of love. Everyone is a “creator” and aware to different levels of ourselves. We are all one and the One experiences itself through the creation as separated. That is for us to learn to know ourselves, especially in the 3rd dimension. In the 5th dimension and beyond we are fully aware that we create in harmony with everything that is.

The 3rd dimension is a wonderful place for experience and development as a soul, so that they can go further…

Others must continue to learn about love throughout many lives before they can go further to the next dimension. All souls are on the level that they are ready to succeed in. Now they who “choose to” go further are being offered to go up to a higher dimension together with the earth, what do you choose? What is needed is that you love yourself and accept yourself in the now and everything around you. Learn to know yourself!

Everything is so much more than you can think of. So don’t think. Just be and feel yourself at home like the love-filled child that you are. All souls on this earth originate from the light of truth, where we all have been One. The true source, that has created everything that is, will be and has always been, exists right now. There is now, then and afterwards. That is the collective illusion of the 3rd dimension.

Relation of you and your fellow people I want to tell you of your relationship to yourself and to your fellow people in these times of awakening. All 49

people on this earth are here in order to experience themselves, that we do through our individual filter, that we call the ego. We see ourselves in others. Without each other it would be impossible to know who we really are.

All opposition that you meet and all resistance mirrors your inside and where there is resistance. You are here to follow the sound of the heart… When you send out love you attract to you wonderful frequencies of light which in turn create a positive future. You are here in order to be the one that you are, it can include some rebellious act against the ego and what one thinks is right or wrong.

The path of the heart is freedom and balance, it does not follow the ego. You need to love your ego and see all thoughts for what they are. You are not your thoughts, you are light and love… And that is all that there is. The truth, my dear friend, is that there only is one, and that one experiences all that there is from different perspectives. That is nothing new, but have you accepted that? To be self-conscious is the goal for us all. It is not egoistic to feel good and choose the highest good for your self, by doing that you give room for love and show your fellow people that there is a way to freedom.

We live in a time when everyone asks the question what one can do for your fellow people in order to wake them up out of their slumber and separation. Give them your love, your compassion and your study, but do not try to convince them. To help your fellow people it is good to have a balanced relation with yourself. Some of us learn to know ourselves through love affairs, where the partner like a mirror shows you what you neglect inside of you and what needs to be balanced.

Self-acknowledgement means to become one´s true self.

Do not wait for someone else to take the first step.

Express what you stand for and what you feel, no matter if it may raise eyebrows of many. Have integrity and show every side of yourself. Have you been stuck in a structure where everyone wants something from you or are you dependent on what other people think about you?

It is now that you can choose to think and act with your heart or continue to do what you have always done and let the ego control you. To “think� with your heart is not hard. Deep inside you know what the truth is. Tune your heart and feel what you want to tell and who you really are. Be not afraid to show it and say it to others, that is why you are here. This can include that many activities or friends disappear from your life. You are on your way to integrating your higher way. This can be painful and very lonely in the beginning. Your vibration speeds up continually, you take in more light in your body. When you change your thoughts the vibration of the light body changes and you really create a new reality.

It is not an illusion or a made-up thing, what is happening with you is real to the highest degree. Do not be afraid. You are here to reconstruct the reality and that happens from the inside and out. It will happen so much in the upcoming 10 years that it is not even imaginable.

All these energies that go through us on the earth right now, every little atom, proton and electron change and vibrate, in your body and in Mother Earth, are literally being brought up to the surface to dissolve. That means no more secrets and no more lies. Accept and forgive every part of yourself and others as good as you are able to. The now is a place where you can focus your whole being and find Freedom. You are located in the being so

intensively that the past and the future become One. This flow that is NOW, when you read this, is everything that there is. When you are in the Now, in the flow and trust your heart and that everything is well, you open yourself to higher energies and the higher flow. To an intelligence that guides you right. All that is needed is to love yourself. No path is wrong, you will enliven everything in a perfect harmony and you already are One with God! Relax and enjoy life and appreciate it.

Remember that you are spiritual no matter what you do, so do not think so much if you are spiritual or not. The highest form of enlightenment is to live Now and be conscious without analyzing it. This small book reminds you only of what you already know, but it is a pleasure for me to remind you. That spirituality should be hard is something that we have to let go, spirituality really is something very down-to earth. You don’t need to do something in a special way; the comical is that when you feel love inside yourself then books and outer resources are no longer needed to remind you. We are gods who have forgotten!

A meeting with yourself Will I become enlightened in some years from now or maybe in my next life? Will the extraterrestrials land in the year 2012? Are those important questions to ask ourselves? It might not be that important with the words when, where and how? All this expectation about the

future project thoughts that promise a better way of life.

We read spiritual books and meditate, perhaps we eat better food, but are we doing it because we feel stressed on a spiritual level or to achieve a specific goal or to please someone else. If we can let go of our expectations about how things will look and be, then everything can fall into place much easier. This eternal waiting for enlightenment, trying to be some spiritual person who is perfect and has all the answers, it´s time to let go of that attitude and to receive all that is now, where everything already is in harmony.

To be in the world and to see all that happens beyond the borders of physical matter, is to see unity in everything. Conflicts and confusion that arise in the world are because of a lack of self-knowledge. All humans achieve higher knowledge when they are ready, and you can be an example of higher knowledge by devoting yourself to the power that exists inside all living creatures, whom the human calls God. You gladly want to jump in and help and explain to those you love that they themselves create their experiences on their own, that the solution is forgiveness.

To see other’s situations in sympathy and to love them for what they are going through is important, because everyone will come to insight after stumbling as blind people in darkness, searching for a light that has always existed inside of them. Everyone meets who they need to get answers to their questions, maybe not everything, but exactly what you need to go on. We don´t need answers to all questions, that is the first lesson, the answers come when we least expect it. You could say that we open up to higher "thoughts" and you don´t have to be afraid or

expect to "know" everything that happens. Have faith in the process that is you and that is All that is. Go beyond the questions and receive what is given to you.

Everything you see in your life are symbols that help you to grow, they are reflections, you can learn from them if you see yourself in them, that you are one and the same.

WE ARE ONE! When you forgive your hindrances and trials, they let go of you. You practice love on planet earth in the physical, that is remarkable. It is no easy task, but you know how to do it.

That our cosmical friends are starting to show themselves more and more to those who are ready for them is a process. You are in that process and everything has its meaning. You can notice ways to compare and analyze your experiences, but it is in order, it is a part of the human "mind" we do it when we want answers. Pray from your heart, a quiet inquiry, that the answers will come to you in the pace that you are ready for. Ask and you will be given, knock and the door will open. You already know everything, but the "fog" lightens with love, not to frighten you. You are about to wake up from the dream you have dream´t so long, from the one you think you are to the one you really are.

When fear arises in you, see it and love it. In order to become free from illusion we must love and forgive, not judge, which keeps us in duality and separation. To try to fix something outside only gives a temporary solution.

When you really love every part of yourself no resistance can arise inside. Then conflicts can be understood like the real illusions they are. Fear and separation arise when you have something to defend and something to compare to. To defend yourself has its ground in the belief that

what is outside oneself is something else, but which is really a mirror of what you have inside.

Self mastery Meditation is a wonderful tool, to be, to look within your universe. You eminate a vibration, a tone that calls you back home to mastery of self.

Mastery is to love oneself and what is Right now, be calm in the storm, knowing that outer influences cannot choose for you, you choose with the love you have inside, the heart is All that is, trust your heart.

To love is to surrender to the Higher self, let it flow through you, let it be one with you. What you resist persists. Resist nothing. We want to change things outside of us, repair damaged structures, most do so with a sense of guilt. To change something it’s important to change what’s within, choose new higher thoughts, be grounded in the moment, trust that heaven will open up for you. You are here to trust, that’s your mission. You are the signs of change.

Can you trust what is right now, that all is perfect, does it feel frightening to know that this moment you experience right now is filled with LOVE? That you are a being of light that has forgotten that you can’t die, that you are eternal. Do the collective thought patterns make you less free of choice? Go within, laugh and know your eternal heart in this moment.

You are eternally loved, You must know this, you are free to FORGIVE ALL WHAT YOU HAVE DONE and start a new life. NOW! Now understand that you are this energy, this is were you came from. You are whole, you are divine, You can’t be anything else than that.

The illusion of Dreams All meetings help you become free from the illusion.

Everything you see around you is like a dream, as you even have at night. Maybe you even catch yourself dreaming, it becomes a conscious dream. If you are aware in the dream it can´t affect you as much as if you weren´t. When you dream you know that you aren´t actually there, but that you are elsewhere, you are lying at home in your bed. It´s the same now, you aren´t really here, it´s a projection of the mind. You are already with God, but you have a physical sense of being here.

Dreams aren´t real, not any more real than you make them. Enlightenment is not about changing the dream but wakening from the dream, because in the illusion there is 57

no truth.

Remember that the truth is presented on many levels of consciousness, the truth is more far-reaching and more obvious, it can no longer be communicated in words, because the truth is and exists within everyone. There is no way there, because you are already there. That´s the illusion. To wake up from the dream happens through forgiveness. When you forgive experiences you are no longer bound to the illusion, because you know it isn´t for real/the truth.

Humans dream together a collective dream here on earth, there are those who stroll around unconscious here like robots acting out their feelings without trying to find out what caused them. You can shake them to awareness with your presence, but they will calmly get back to the same level again after a while. Everyone who is ready to wake up will see the truth and hear it. Everything is happening to you right now because it is a part of you and you can´t escape meeting yourself, more and more will be given to you, it´s nothing you decide on your own, so don´t stress yourself out to get results. Let it come like the wind on a summer night, totally natural, in joy and wonder. You will naturally walk trough the door to higher dimensions by taking care of yourself. The higher dimensional beings don´t expect anything from you or that you shall achieve something.

Extraterrestrials are most highly a part of yourself, they love you and you only have to have faith in them and to open your heart to their love, it´s not more advanced than that. They want to get to know YOU, who you are, and always have been, they help you on the way to waking up from the dream. All communication is not physical, it

doesn´t have to be, if it happens it is meant that way, it is decided. They don´t choose you, instead it has always been decided that it will happen NOW, you are not chosen, you are on a booked meeting.

You can listen to medial persons and you can listen to yourself. Dare to listen to yourself. The time was always ready for you, but now you are starting to "remember".

That´s exactly how it´s supposed to be. There are many levels of insight, you can never find answers in the illusion you see around you, in forms of thoughts and physical things, the Truth has always existed, beyond the things in your heart. Taking time to reflect and forgiving that what you meet outside yourself can heal the unconscious inside of you. We can only remind each other about what we already know is true in our hearts.

The truth always resonates inside you when you hear it, it never forces itself on anyone or anything. We are all Reflections of the one, everything that is. WE ARE ONE!

Wake up from the illusion into full awareness Go behind the veil of the ego and get to know your true self, that which loves in the space of the eternal now, through you and around you. The spark of love and life itself in a conscious experience.

We are all disguised masters with unique gifts. The 59

cashier in the supermarket, the waitress at the restaurant or the bus driver. Everyone, though, is differently aware of their Spiritual nature and that they are creators of their own universes. We are not separated, we are one consciousness which experiences itself through many experiences and many levels of consciousness.

Your surroundings are like a multidimensional mirror where you can get to know other parts of yourself. But at the same time you experience yourself as the individual and unique being that you are right now. With different perspectives on ourselves a richer experience of who we are is born. So embrace your opposite, it is a part of yourself. We are living in a time of changes, where we grow into our new roles on planet earth. A role with big responsibility but also in joy, since we are many who are conscious now, who together integrate a higher frequency and a new way of living. Changes are happening in the physical body on a quantum level. New energies are rebuilding your cells and they fill you with light and are less dense. Emotionally and physically things can seem like a roller coaster, and this depends on that the body is now adjusting to a higher amperage or frequency of light.

The periods of integrations go in cycles. You can have periods when you feel completely exhausted and others when you feel whole and complete. The energies are balanced and are constantly integrated. The human body cannot receive too much light at one time. It would lead to overload and physical death. Therefore it comes in intervals and at the pace that we are ready for. When we rise in frequency everything will become more harmonic.

It can be compared to an instrument that is being tuned in

to an orchestra: the more tunes we bring to it, the more beautiful and conscious we become. It has been shown in tests that water that has been exposed to negativelly projected thoughtforms shaped non-symetric and chaotic chrystal patterns, while positive thoughts shaped beautiful and symetrical patterns.

This shows very well how thoughts can affect everything that we focus on. The inner state is reflected, and like your reality that is why it is important that you find inner peace and anchor it in Mother Earth. This, in turn, creates a peaceful awakening to you and your fellow creatures. What you focus on, you get more of.

This is a time when we must get to know what we want with our lives - and to leave heavy burdens which don´t serve any purpose on our journey inward. Your whole life´s beliefs and values can actually have served their purpose: to show you your way. You are ready to expand beyond wrong and right, to feel the possibilities and to have faith in the future. Accept as far as you are able, that you are an eternal soul with the ability to love through everything. It is your mission.

A process which is Love It is a process to wake up to full awareness, old patterns that need to be looked at/overseen/, addictions of different kinds, food habits, how we talk to other

humans/people and what we believe about ourselves get a lot of attention now when we need to change clothing.

The relation you have to yourself is the first and most important step to freedom. It is when you are centered in yourself that you really can give to others without expectations. The awards for your work come to you in abundance without you having to think about it.

Programmed, emotional patterns that are deeply rooted inside you have to be acknowledged and forgiven. You just have to have the insight in your heart that you will go beyond the limitations of your thought, that you want to find peace in who you are. That is spiritual development.

To love yourself and your environment makes your cells sing in a higher frequency and you are now in tune to the miracles of the higher worlds. This is your home. To be in your center means to consciously tune in your whole body, without thoughts, to feel the silence in your body and to let yourself rest in the knowledge that you are eternal and that all is good despite how stormy it is on the outside. Close your eyes and feel safe. If it is hard for you to find this center, 20 minutes of daily mediation is recommended, when you focus on breathing in and out at the same time as you focus on your heart. You can call this to "breath with your heart", it opens your gate to harmony, bliss and peace. Your body is your temple and a gift. When you take in more light in your physical body you will become more sensitive to certain types of food and to what you put in your mouth. Your body will protest and lovingly tell you what you can eat, if you listen to it gently. Some people might become vegetarians and get more conscious about what they eat.

Many things in the stores includes artificial and manipulated ingredients which aren´t good for the body.

Physical training can also help keep the energies in balance. If you are able, then do this. Your whole body is like a big building project and things happen on many levels. It can sometimes feel uncomfortable, but it is nothing to be afraid of. If too much is happening you can ask for the process to slow down a bit and for guidance. You just have to talk to your guides, who are always by your side. You might not think that they are here for you, but I promise you that they do all they can, in many ways - don´t try to figure out how - accept that the voice of your heart has been heard and go on as well as you can.

The world lives in us and we can choose which world we want to create. Everything is created through the heart.

When we raise our frequency through meditation and focus on our inner light, channels are opening up in the body that give access to knowledge and clear sight. Your body becomes lighter and more receptible to the higher light; the higher frequencies activate DNA inside our body that totally changes our being and perspective. We are on our way to being who we really are, behind layers of denial and fear to that which is the core, our monad.

It is very important now to learn to monitor our thoughts and feelings, to go outside the three dimensional drama, as you would put a cable in a computer with higher amperage, we must tune our heart to the higher energies of consciousness. This is important since we easily can be drawn down in the lower vibrations if we lose our center where we are of no use. We are here to guide and to show the way to others in this transformation into the 63

fifth dimension, a higher frequency of life. To go now in our truth and to speak our truth beyond the drama and the collective illusion that so many live in and have gotten stuck in. When you accelerate in your shift and the perspective of how you look at the world, you are at the same time helping many other humans, you become like a lightship on open waters that sends out a signal to others who are ready to hear and integrate a more conscious presence. It can be compared to rings on the water, they grow bigger and bigger from the center.

Many confused and slumbering souls are ready to open their hearts and you will be there for them. It is a challenge to follow your joy in every now, if you follow your own knowledge and the feeling that harmonicly vibrates in your heart. A song that never doubts and only loves. This is the door to your multidimensional self. In the heart exists a doorway to pure being. In the now you are always reborn. This is where you find power and beauty in life. As a conscious spiritual guide and messenger to many humans you only have to follow your heart. Don’t be afraid of what you are feeling right now, love what you are afraid of and you will become free from it.

You melt the lower vibrations like ice on a hot summer day in your heart. With training this will be your natural state. Many people will turn to you, they can see who you are. Rembember that you are not here to shuffle over what you know to someone else and think that it will make them grow. The souls who are ready will come to you with questions and will be open to your guidance.

The more love you open up to, the more you will meet what we call challenges. People will see that something

is different with you, what is the secret? They will feel uncomfortable around you because they don´t know what to feel. Integrity is not always to be a kind and a loving person who talks about light all the time. It is to embrace every part of oneself and to live life to the fullest in every now. Many people live another person’s truth and not their own and you are here to show that The Truth is inside of them and that is where we all can meet. Here, outer happenings, despite level or attitude - are embraced by love, unconditional love. Your presence is needed and you should not be afraid to love your way through the problems. You can be a master just like Jesus. Know yourself, he said, and if you know yourself then you know everyone else like yourself. Then you can walk in the middle of the storm without becoming affected. The road to full consciousness is to go your own way and also to embrace the path of your fellow human beings.

Everyone is not ready to take a huge leap in consciousness, and this is fully respected and loved.

You will come to a conscious insight in both body and soul, and that insight will vibrate with such strength in you that you will never question who you are and why you are here, and everything will immediately be easier and you know that life is a magical journey that you could not dream of even in your wildest fantasies. You will see your surroundings clearly and with new eyes.

You will look at things which many people think are very bad and see love even in this. To rise up in frequency also includes that you become more conscious, you see things you never saw before, but which have always been there. Your journey inwards has only started and you will

want to show other people what you now realize. We are all teachers and students at the same time in these times, so learn to listen to other people who surround you and respect what they have given to you. Feel the joy of sharing.

Thankfulness, trust and loving Yourself Everything that vibrates and consists of movement is an illusion, we create separate objects, different views, etc.

Actually all this is different forms of the same energy.

That is why it is important that you go into the silence as often as you can, so you don’t have to do anything else than just be. It is here that eternity exists, beyond illusion, which is your gate to freedom. To go over the boundaries into now with full trust is the most loving act you can do for yourself. Dare to do that and you will create miracles in your everyday life. You can choose to struggle against the future and against what has been, but in the end you will give up the fight and surrender yourself to everything that is. You can choose to do it consciously starting from now. You are loved and you are eternal.

Don´t just believe it, know it! You are here for the experience and you will experience the Spectacular 66

changes. Our space friends will no longer be invisible, they will be visible for everybody. Do not give up! No path is wrong, you will experience everything in perfect order and you are already one with God! So relax and enjoy life and appreciate it. Remember that you are spiritual no matter what you do, so do not think too much about if you are spiritual or not. The highest form of enlightenment is to live NOW and to be conscious about it without analyzing it. Freedom is a part of our development to full awareness. Dare to let go of ownerships, dare to try new things, give yourself a moment of total Freedom no matter the circumstances.

When we give ourselves the gift of joy and surrender to that experience we open up channels far beyond understanding of thought. The universe can now become through you. It is when you shine of well-being in this now and feel space and love in your heart when everything will come to you, in miraculous ways. It is your belief that you should change something that takes away power from you.

When you release energy you choose to love yourself as you are. Your higher self can give you more, and then you are open for taking in. The journey never ends, so learn to be satisfied with what you experience now; it is the journey that is the gift, not the goal.

You have nothing to lose, we are all winners What can we lose on our journey towards full awareness?

We can not lose anything. When you harmonize with your inner self and follow the deep voice that is inside you, everything that won’t give you power falls off naturally. By following your inner impulses and the joy of your heart things which you appreciate and wish for will come to you without you needing to make too much of an effort. The universe knows everything about you and is one with you. Your layers of thought patterns, ways of reaction and belief systems are nothing to attach yourself to; they only inhibit you on your journey.

Nothing lasts forever in the physical, only your love which creates worlds is Eternal. We all have choice and free will to choose what we want to create and how deep we want to go inside of ourselves. Everyone has the possibility to become a master in the physical. Not a master over others, rather over oneself. Your conscious presence will be enough to help those who are nearest.

You become an open book for everyone to read and find inspiration in.

All people are sleeping masters, all having different degrees of awareness. The spiritual way here on earth has been a struggle of right and wrong, to believe or not to believe. Even the most spiritual here on earth can question the journey to full awareness, and might think that the progress is slow. Actually it is pretty funny that we hesitate about something that is a part of ourselves,

that in evidence would make us feel better.

Dare to go into yourself in meditation and feel the presence of the joy, eternity, gift and adventure that life is. Feel every cell of your body, let a feeling of safety and trust in the Creation enclose you.

Have you really integrated love in yourself and accepted it, become it? Do you still believe or do you know?

Everything starts inside you, when you change yourself you can see how your surroundings change. If you want others to smile for you, smile for them. To higher one’s vibration, light quota and physical energy makes you as a human being get a broader perspective of your environment. You no longer need to ask your friends for guidance, you have the trust and a strong connection with your higher self. Your navigator is in your heart.

When you are on the right way there is always a floating and bubbling joy in your breast and solar plexus.

When you rebel against and do not follow your heart and the joy, you become depressed. Then it is hard to see meaning in anything. All feelings are vibrations of the same loving energy, it goes through you and you become more aware that you can choose who you want to be and what you want to feel in every moment regardless of outer happenings. You are all that exists, you look at yourself.

You know deep inside that you have everything already and that you create everything. Remember that even the sun has its stains and that the Truth is, has always been and will always be with you.

A few words can be enough to wake up someone When you feel joy you are on the right track. The wisdom is integrated when you stop focusing on beliefs and the world outside and pick forth what you feel in your heart instead. Then the knowledge of Truth comes up, very easily. That is why silence is important; it helps you to see beyond roar and illusion. The easy is the true.

You have it too, the wisdom of Heart, but you may think that you don’t have it. You integrate the trust of your heart in several steps, some need pain to open up their heart and others learn to respect life through different experiences and being heart centered in every now.

You can trust that when you hang over a cliff there is bridge. Every cell in your body has an intelligence and you can take them to a higher frequency, by using your thought. The magic is inside us and to let go of reality “out there” may seem hard in the beginning. If you think it’s hard, it’s about reprogramming your thoughts and feelings in your cellular patterns, until they harmonize with your inner truth. Instead of reacting we shall act.

Trust and conscious presence in the now are the keys which can take you further.

We are all needed; we are the ones who can consciously spread what shall become. Many are very open, only a key is needed. A few words are all that
