Siddur Ceremony – Grade 3: We are celebrating the Siddur Ceremony on Sunday, April 10th from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm in the Gym. Students should arrive at 9:15 am as usual to get ready for the ceremony. We invite all Grade 3 parents and family to participate in this milestone when our students will receive their very own Siddur. 2011 Passover Food Drive: Thanks for all donations received for 2011 Passover Food Drive, organized by National Council of Jewish Women of Canada, Toronto Section. Thanks for your cooperation. Beit Rayim Hebrew School Fundraiser: This year Beit Rayim Hebrew School is pleased to be able to help families fulfill one of the Passover mitzvahs! Shmurah Matzah refers to matzah made from wheat which is guarded from the time that it is harvested. Many authorities maintain that one can fulfill the mitzvah of eating matzah on the first night of Passover only by using Shmurah Matzah. We are offering boxes of 3 pieces for $15 and 1lb boxes (approx. 8 pieces) for $27. Hurry! Orders need to be in by April 10th!
