MAKING YOUR CHILD’S BEIT RAYIM HEBREW SCHOOL EXPERIENCE EVEN BETTER We are School Council, a group of School parents who have volunteered to do everything we can to make Beit Rayim Hebrew School an exceptional experience for all of our students. To help us achieve our goal we are looking for Parent Volunteers in the following areas: Class Parents – Help out with programs in your child’s class; be the “voice” on behalf of all the parents in your child’s class. Hebrew Reading Buddies – help children one-on-one to improve their Hebrew Reading skills (approx. 1 hour on Thursdays and/or Sundays) Challah distribution – help organize and distribute Challah on Thursday evenings (details to follow) Special Family Education Program - help with set up for these great events! Snack Club – help distribute snacks to classrooms. Takes 20 minutes on Sunday mornings after drop-off. Office Help – Help Grace on Thursdays and Sundays during school hours Event Planning – Work with School Council to develop great programs for events to celebrate Channukah, Purim, Tu B’Shvat, and Passover Other Great Skills – if you have a talent that will enhance our children’s school experience (e.g. Israeli dancing, Jewish art, Jewish storytelling, etc) we’d love to hear from you
