Family Education Day – Grade 2: Thanks to all the parents who joined us in school and helped make this family education event an amazing learning experience for everyone. Family Education Day – Grade 5: Grade 5 Family Education Day is on Sunday, January 30th from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm in the Gym. We invite all Grade 5 parents to participate in this learning experience. We extend a special invitation to our Grade 2 and 3 students and their families to participate in the Kabbalat Shabbat Service. Sponsor Your Child’s Kabbalat Shabbat Service: If you would like to sponsor an upcoming Kabbalat Shabbat service, please contact Grace at 905-889-0276 x 32 or email her at school@beitrayim.org. Tax receipts are issued for donations of $18 or more, and more than one family can sponsor a Service. Jewish National Fund of Canada – Keren Kayemeth Le’Israel: On Sunday 16th, our students received an envelope from JNF inviting them to purchase a tree to be planted in Israel. After the devastating fire this year, this is a most pressing need. Please complete the form and return the envelope to your child’s teacher on the next school day.
