Gathering Together (Franklin, Kerr, Smallbone, Jackson) This is for the busted heart This is for the question marks This is for the outcast soul Lost control, no one knows Sing it for the can't-go-back Sing it for the broken past Sing it for the just found out Life is now upside down If you're lookin' for hope tonight, raise your hand If you’re feelin' alone and don't understand If you're fightin' in the fight of your life, then stand We're gonna make it through this hand-in-hand And if we fall, we will fall together Together This is for the second chance This is for the new romance Sing it for the loved in vain Overcame, it's not too late
If you're lookin' for hope tonight, raise your hand If you’re feelin' alone and don't understand If you're fightin' in the fight of your life, then stand We're gonna make it through this hand-in-hand And if we fall, we will fall together Together Oh, and when we rise, we will rise together Together If you're lookin' for hope tonight, raise your hand If you’re feelin' alone and don't understand If you're fightin' in the fight of your life, then stand We're gonna make it through this hand-in-hand And if we fall, we will fall together Together Together we are dangerous Together with our differences Together we are bolder, braver, stronger Together we stand

Take my heart, O Lord, take my hopes and dreams. Take my mind with all its plans and schemes. Give me nothing more than your love and grace. These alone, O God, are enough for me.
Verse 2:
Take my thoughts, O Lord, and my memory. Take my tears, my joys, my liberty. Give me nothing more than your love and grace. These alone, O God, are enough for me.
Verse 3:
I surrender, Lord, all I have and hold. I return to you your gifts unfold. Give me nothing more than your love and grace. These alone, O God, are enough for me.
Verse 4:
When the darkness falls on my final days, take the very breath that sang your praise. Give me nothing more than your love and grace. These alone, O God, are enough for me.

Blessing of St. Ignatius Medals Blessing of Graduates from Faculty and Staff May The Road Rise To Meet You (Lori True) Refrain: May the road rise to meet you may the wind be at your back may the sun shine warm upon your face May the rain fall softly on your fields and until we meet again may you keep safe in the gentle loving arms of God For everything there is a season a time for meeting a time to say goodbye In all things God is near Always guiding your way For everything there is a season a time for loving a time for letting go In all things God is near Always guiding your way
Sending Forth Greater Will Be The Future (Chris Muglia) We stand in faith declaring aloud the majesty of God, his mighty power. Together we witness to all that He’s done, and all that He’s promised to bring. Together we lift up our voices as one, together we sing: Refrain: Greater will be tomorrow than today, the future of this place. Greater will be his glory. Come, discover now in faith your destiny awaits. Greater will be the future of the place. We stand in faith believing our God. He makes all things new in light and love. Together we gather to lift up our hearts. Glory and honor and praise to the giver of life and the giver of love, the giver of every new day.
