BUS TRANSPORT 2023-24
Bellarmine College Preparatory is excited to continue its busing transportation program. We have contracted with First Student, the largest provider of student transportation in North America, to offer our busing program. Our goal is to offer a way to ease the commute on families in the South Bay and to allow for Bellarmine students to participate in all our school has to offer. It is important to us that we offer quality busing at a reasonable price to all of our interested families. For $900 a year one-way (per child), we can assist you with your child’s transportation needs.

BUSING SERVICE AGREEMENT
Bus seating is limited to 52 students. Students must have signed up prior to riding the bus.
• Routes may be subject to cancellation without notice.

2. All students transported on the bus shall submit to the authority of the driver
3. Bus drivers will not stop for late arrivals. Students must be ready to board at minutes before the bus departs. The bus driver will leave the minutes after the schedule departure time (i.e. if the departure time is 7:50am, the bus will leave promptly at 7:52 a.m. No exceptions.).
4. Upon arrival of the bus, students are to do the following:
• If waiting to load – line up in an orderly manner 12 feet away from the bus.
• If waiting to exit – remain seated until the bus comes to a complete stop and
5. No objects or any part of the body shall be allowed outside the windows.
6. Eating, drinking (other than water), and chewing gum are not allowed on the bus.
8. Excessive yelling and movement are not permitted. Students are to remain seated and face the front while the bus is in motion.
10. Discipline will be handled by the Dean’s Office. Repeated infractions will result in a loss of bus riding privileges.
