TERMS & CONDITIONS

All bulls sell under the standard terms and conditions set forth by the Canadian Angus Association.

GUARANTEE: Bulls are semen tested and evaluated. Bulls that fail to be satisfactory breeders will be replaced or credit given on purchases or replacement from the seller. They should be returned to the consignor in good condition and properly cared for so they can be re-evaluated. Consignors are responsible only to the purchase price of the bull in question. Each animal becomes the responsibility of the purchaser at the fall of the hammer.

INSURANCE: We recommend you insure your purchase as purchaser assumes responsibility at the fall of the hammer. An insurance agent will be available on sale day.

HEALTH: Animals are from TB and Bangs free area. They are examined by a qualified veterinarian at semen testing time.

TERMS: Terms of sale are cash or cheque payable at par in Canadian Funds to sale clerk on sale day. No animal will be released without satisfactory settlement.

ANNOUNCEMENTS: Errors discovered in the catalogue will be corrected by announcement from the auctioneer block at sale time and such correction shall take precedence over the printed matter in this catalogue.

SEMEN INTEREST: We reserve the right to draw semen on any catalogued bull at our expense, and buyers convenience.
