Belmont College has night classe which have be n organized for tho e ' ludents who work during the day. This enable them to obtain their education without lo of work. If you hould look through the door into the e cla e , you would not only ee colleg ag tudent , but also profe ional men and women who ee the need to further their education.
The variou cla es taught thi year are as follows: G neral P ychology by Dr. H. C. Witherington, Engli h by Mr. Howard Pelham, and cliff rent cour e in religion were taught by Dr. Bruce Whitaker. These course were taught to b nefj_t the majority of those participating.
SPORTS
As far as intercollegiate sport are concerned, Belmont hasn't devc.?loped-yet ! But we do have a well rounded port program. ln the falJ we took up football , archery and hockey; the winter quarter, swimming, volleyball, and basketball; and the spring quarter , oftball, tennis and bowling. With the athletic field, indoor swimming pool , tenni courts, bowling alley and the gym, we have facilitie. adequate for a great deal of expansion in our ports program. Of course we can't forget the heated intramural . betwf'en the Ionions and Philathian and the Xans and Athenian which sparked the Rebound campus ,hrouo-h -winter and pring quarters.
