Review
I went to this restaurant on a Friday afternoon. Despite arriving less than an hour before closing, I was able to get a seat at the bar. There weren’t many people for lunch at the time.
Service was quick, and I was able to watch the owner Ken make my chirashi. Much of the fish was slightly paler in color than most sushi restaurants, but the rice was pretty nice.
Overall, this is a good small neighborhood joint.
As a sushi restaurant, this place is not very good. There is a kitsch appeal because it emulates the conveyor belt restaurants commonly found in Japan. Because of this, the freshness of the sushi is questionable. The biggest appeal to Sushi Train is the all-you-can-eat option.
Create artwork for an ad series that parodies a well-known product or service.
