Biodegradable Wire Rope Lubricant is a solvent-free high performance wire rope lubricant with a high degree of biodegradability. It is based on renewable natural oil combined with non-toxic Extreme Pressure and anti-wear additives. Biodegradable Wire Rope Lubricant also contains non-toxic rust and corrosion inhibitors. Biodegradable Wire Rope Lubricant features a unique lubricity system that virtually eliminates rubbing wear between the inner rope strands.

Wire Rope & Gear Lubricant is a solvent cutback of a very viscous petroleum base lubricant. It is tenacious and adheres extremely well to metal surfaces. It has excellent corrosion resistance to salt water. The incorporated polymer and wax help to build a polar film that is a barrier to rust and corrosion.

• Penetrating - Lubricates and protects core and strands as the wire rope works, reduces fatigue and corrosion. • Tough exterior coating - Protects wires and sheaves from abrasive wear, resists adhesion of abrasive contaminants such as sand and dirt. • Superior film strength - Extends rope life and added serviceability to sheaves and drums. • Rust and corrosion inhibitors - Protects ropes that are subject to water submersion, salt spray or inclement weather.

• All-season - Has a useful application temperature range of -46°C to 60°C (-50°F to 140°F). No need to change grades as temperatures fluctuate. • Water displacement - Proprietary water displacing agent allows for relubrication directly on to wet ropes. • Semi-dry film - Being non-sticky in nature, will not attract dirt, dust or other abrasive contaminants. • Anti-wear properties - Provides extended rope life and added serviceability to sheaves and drums. • Corrosion inhibited - Protects ropes from internal rust and subsequent strand failure.

Anti-Wear Lubricant is formulated with highly refined paraffinic oil. Anti-Wear Lubricant is formulated with a zinc-based anti-wear additive, rust, corrosion, foam and oxidation inhibitors.
