A: No-one will focus more on your business than you so no-one should understand your management accounts more than you You may have an accountant, but YOU still need to access the information as and when you need it

A: Great news! But are you really sure? There is a saying "You don't know what you don't know " Why not book a discovery session to be certain and sleep easier.

Q: Am I big enough for this?

A: The best time to get control and clarity on your finances is now You are always big enough to get this! It will give you greater control and capability to grow

Q: Will the model work with my finance software?

A: Yes, if the model cannot integrate direct with your software, then it can run off a Trial Balance from your software so that you get all the same great benefits each month

Q: How does it work with our existing reporting?

A: All your monthly reporting requirements can be adapted into the model It will include any KPI reporting you are performing, proposed new ones as well as all your management reports in a clear and understandable layout, that works for your business We'll work seamlessly with you to make it happen.

Q: How do I update the model?

A: There is no point making this investment if you cannot update it yourselves. Each of the packages on offer comes with training on the model and how to use it and update it Of course you can always have extra support if required through the ongoing services packages that Beluga Finance provides

Q: Do I need to wait until the start of a financial year to use the model?

A: No is the answer! If you implement the model part way through the financial year then the model will bring in your Year to Date figures also.

Q: Do I need to wait until the next budgeting cycle?

A: No if you already have a full budget in place then this can be added into the model and the 3 year plan would be built off this

Q: How do I budget for my business? I don't know where to start
