re!nventing stand building systems

beMatrix: our vision and mission begin with you Reinventing stand building beMatrix is the only inheritor of the original big hole frame system, first established in 1993. That year marked the beginning of an ongoing adventure in re!nventing stand building systems. The aluminium frame system can be used in an unlimited number of ways and has the quickest construction time of all the systems available. Today, our products are used extensively worldwide. First and foremost our vision and mission is to listen carefully to your wishes and needs. That process enables us to interpret our passion for sustainability and innovation – and demonstrate our uncompromising quest for effective service and dependable service. The logical consequence is that your beMatrix stand will always look just as you want it. Show after show, event after event. Year in, year out. Every cent that you invest in our stand building system gives you maximum return in terms of performance. This is because our modular system is not only the most durable on the market, but also the lightest and the strongest. The supporting structure also remains totally invisible, meaning your stand and its visual communication receive all of the attention, not the underlying technology that holds the stand up. And wherever you set up your stand, we can guarantee an optimum service. Based in our headquarters in Belgium, we control an international network of production sites, dealers and agents. In fact, our service extends from Europe to China through to Australia and the US.

"Simplicity reinvented, customised for the stand builder"

It’s not our structure, but your visual communication that receives all the attention

Keep the body, change the skin.

The ultimate stand can be modified for every show The concept

The frame system

No two trade shows or exhibitions are ever the same. It makes perfect sense not to try and create the same stand everywhere you exhibit. If you tried to do that, it might be good for the environment and offer some economic benefits, but unfortunately it would be really hard to achieve. Unless you opt for the innovative beMatrix frame system. Our system is based on an aluminium weight-bearing structure on to which you attach textile or panels. Quickly and without any special tools or technical equipment. Regardless of how you mount the stand, with or without shelving, screens and many other accessories, the result is always sleek and great-looking. The weight-bearing structure is neatly concealed behind the display panels. Whether your stand is high-tech or conventional, there are endless variations that you can achieve using the same frame system.

The beMatrix frame system blends a modular basic structure with refined customisation. You start by building the framework and only then do you finish it off in line with your ideas and interpretation: panels or textile, with or without lighting. The beMatrix system provides a solution for just about any structure you can imagine. A stand system should not limit your creativity, which is why our system can be used for virtually any shape or form you design. If it’s not available in our standard range, we’ll be happy to customise a module for you. We are constantly expanding our range in line with the latest trends and technology, as well as making our existing products better, more environmentally friendly and easier to use. This never-ending search for innovation won us the internationally recognised Red Dot Award in 2013. Our range is available to buy or rent all over the world and, working from our service hubs, we are able to offer you all the technical and commercial support you need.

A new stand for every show – that’s what gives you an innovative brand image. And by using the beMatrix frame system, it’s a goal you can achieve economically and sustainably.

beMatrix frame systems enable you to build cutting-edge stands without the need for special tools or technical equipment.

A “skin” that meets all expectations The beMatrix system is made up of 2 main components. First of all, there is the frame, which we call the “body”. Then there’s the infill, which we call the “skin”. The body is the framework which, depending on the structure you are creating, you can use in all sorts of configurations, combinations and dimensions. You can also extend the system as much as you like. The skin is what covers the structure and is the only component that changes frequently. You can work with textile, PVC panels, Dibond, wood, acrylic glass, glass, false walls and much more. These display elements can be printed, have vinyl attached on them, be painted, have wall hangings, be spotlit, etc. In a word, anything that will attract the attention of passers-by and communicate quickly and effectively with them.

Panels are attached with velcro

The skin stimulates the imagination, both of your clients and yourself.

Textile are attached using a silicone strip

So much simplicity is just genius As the name suggests, all of the dimensions of the b62™ frame system are based on the perfect matrix of 62 × 62 mm. The width, length and height of the stands using these frames are designed and built in multiples of 62. This means that every structure fits exactly – right down to the last millimetre – in all directions and in any combination. It doesn’t matter how complex the design is, the finished result is always stunning and distinctive for its pure lines. The b62 frames are able to accommodate panels, textile – and just about anything else that will make your stand attractive and effective. Better still, the b62™ frame system is incredibly strong, practical and imposes almost no restrictions on designers. The more slender b55™ frame system does not have the 62 x 62 matrix, but is also to handle panels and textile. Moreover it can be combined seamlessly with the 55 mm DMK frame, described below. Finally, there is the DMK™ frame, which was the very first frame type produced by beMatrix. The DMK™ frame is light and features short flanges, making it particularly strong. DMK is only suitable for panels and hence is ideal for “general” stands – i.e. for stands that don’t use textile. beMatrix aims to achieve sustainability and continues to produce DMK profiles. This means you can continuously rely on the parts of the system you have invested in. All of the profiles can be perfectly combined with one another.

Your investment in any beMatrix frame system will continue to pay off for years

The beMatrix frame system tells your story with style, giving you the greatest possible added value in your communication

The perfect matrix on which the beMatrix b62™ system is based means that the dimensions and combinations always fit exactly, both on the design drawings and in reality. The designer can work in total freedom. Sharp and rounded corners, angled and sloping walls, indentations or T-joints, arches and curves - everything is possible. And because we also combine lighting, furniture and displays with the b62™ profiles, this system gives you the complete look and feel you want.
