Your family deserves breakfast as good as the ones you remember. We use better-for-you ingredients to create the same fluffy texture and delightful taste of old fashioned, lazy Saturday mornings. All of our mixes are free from gluten, nuts and seeds. Plus you can make them with or without dairy and eggs because although they are delicious for everyone, we want them to be safe for anyone.

Gluten Free German Pancake Recipe

Ingredients

6 eggs 1 cup Josie's Best GF Muffin and More Mix 1 cup milk of choice 1/4 tsp salt 4 TBSP butter or coconut oil

Instructions

Place butter in an oven-safe skillet (I used 10 inch). Place skillet in the oven, heat to 400. Beat eggs very well in a large bowl until slightly frothy. Add milk, beat well. Slowly add in Josie's Best GF Muffin and More Mix and salt, so they incorporate completely. Carefully open preheated oven and pour batter into the hot skillet. (use oven mitts & keep face away from hot butter!) Cook for about 15 minutes or until the bottom is set and edges are tall and slightly browned. This will get really puffy and impressive in the oven! Serve with powdered sugar and lemon. Enjoy!

Blackstrap Masks

BlackStrap was founded in 2008 and is a leader in USA made face masks, base layer and accessories for outdoor recreationists worldwide. In early March, as the COVID pandemic set in, BlackStrap, as accompany, looked at our resources & abilities and how we could best contribute to keeping individuals safe and ways we could help those in need during these unprecedented times. With this back stock of fabric we were able to build The Civil mask out of upcycled fabric and jump start this product in an unprecedented timeline. Within 2 weeks the Civil Mask was developed, produced and began delivering to individuals, agencies and businesses across the US. For each mask sold we are donating masks to those in need and as of August 2020 we have donated & delivered more than 60,000 Civil Masks to people in need including health care offices, law enforcement agencies and high risk populations. The Civil Mask provides a sustainable, reusable, tightly woven, low profile, dual layer public safety mask option. While many companies formally “pivoted” their business, BlackStrap was able to keep our facilities open, our employees working along with being able to work with the Oregon State Governors office to source, receive & distribute more than 5 million N95 masks through our Bend OR facility. These N95 masks were delivered to frontline healthcare workers across the state through June. While our company is rooted in recreation, we felt more than obligated to utilize resources we have as a company including product development, textile manufacturing, sourcing and distribution to contribute to the health of individuals and communities.

In a bowl, add 1/4 cup elderberry syrup and whisk in gelatin well to dissolve. Add hot water, stir well until thoroughly dissolved. Carefully pour mixture into each mold, filling to the top. A miniature baster/dropper works well for this. Put molds into the refrigerator and chill about 1 hour, or until they become firm. Pop gummies out and place into an airtight container. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 months. Dosage can be 1 to 3 gummies a day for kids 2 and over. Product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
