We decided to rent out our vacation home in Central Oregon several years ago. As first time landlords, the idea of managing our property from our home in Portland, was overwhelming to say the least. Thus began our search for a property manager, and boy did we hit the jackpot when we found Kelly! High Country Property Management has been managing our property in Sisters, OR since 2013, and we honestly can’t express how happy and pleased we’ve been having Kelly manage our home. Kelly has handled EVERYTHING for us, and done an AMAZING job of doing so. She has consistently found us quality tenants, who have treated our home as though it were their own. We have not had any issues with a tenant to date (knock on wood). However, we are confident should one arise, Kelly will act quickly and professionally to resolve the situation. We trust her completely! She has also been very helpful when property-related issues have come up (dishwasher broke, etc.), and has gone above and beyond to take care of it quickly and effectively for our tenants. She his always prompt with accounting reports and disbursements, and maintains good communication with us. Kelly is professional, friendly, organized and detail-oriented.
