The Chamber has an ongoing commitment to provide members with a range of benefits that offer real value to their business.

Without a doubt services that help protect members are very important which is why we invest in key services that are approved and recommended by the British Chambers of Commerce. They are adopted by almost every UK Chamber.

Four Key Services

Did you know that members have access to four key services,

Chamber HR, Chamber Legal, Chamber Health and Safety and

Chamber Tax, which provide the following services; • Advice Lines - unlimited access to five advice lines – HR, Legal,

Health & Safety, Tax and VAT. • Website - unlimited access to three document libraries with almost 800 free downloadable template documents plus guidance notes, news articles and general information

• Chamber Legal Expenses

Insurance, which underpins these services, provides cover across 11 different sections with up to £100,000 per claim and £1,000,000 in the annual aggregate. Areas of cover include employment disputes and tax investigations Access to all of the above is available for Silver members of Herts Chamber and up, and is included in the membership fee, so you have nothing extra to pay.

One2One Services

If you want to find out a bit more about the HR or health & safety services members can book a free One2One meeting with a Quest Business Support Manager who can help you to discover what the services can do for you or they can compare any current outsourced provision you may have to the service you get as a member…and you may find that you no longer need to pay extra for these services. They can also do a One2One Review which helps check your compliance status.
