Our mission is to deliver compassionate, personalised care that promotes independence, dignity, and overall well-being for each of our clients.

We provide Dementia Care for those needing specialised support, helping individuals maintain their independence and quality of life. Our Personal Care services assist with daily tasks like bathing and dressing, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. For elderly individuals, we offer Elderly Care, designed to focus on comfort, health, and emotional well-being.

In addition, we provide Respite Care, giving primary caregivers a much-needed break while ensuring that their loved ones receive the highest quality care. For those requiring constant care, our Live-In Care service ensures round-the-clock support from a dedicated www.rightathome.co.uk/ealingandhounslow

CareGiver. We also offer Companionship & Support to combat loneliness and encourage social interaction, fostering emotional wellbeing.

Our Hospital-to-Home Care ensures a smooth recovery after hospital stays, and our Specialised Care services are designed for those with specific medical needs, including cancer care and end-of-life care. At Right at Home, we pride ourselves on delivering top-tier care services that truly make a difference.

Beyond our exceptional care services, we believe in fostering well-being within the wider community. We run Memory Cafés across West London, including weekly and monthly sessions at Lampton Leisure Centre and St. Leonard‘s Church. These cafés provide a safe, welcoming space for elderly individuals to socialise, play games, engage in art activities, and share their life experiences. They also offer Chair Yoga, a gentle form of exercise that enhances flexibility, reduces stress, and improves overall wellbeing for the elderly.

We have expanded our Memory Café initiative with Silver Screenings at Chiswick Cinema, where classic films spark nostalgia and joy, and a new Memory Café at Chiswick Medical Centre, running twice a month. These programs are invaluable for fostering social connection and improving mental health.

The Director, Sanjay Vadhera, is also the Chair of the Alzheimer’s Society, playing a key role in raising dementia awareness during Dementia Awareness Week. We actively educate the community and offer support in partnership with the Alzheimer’s Society. Additionally, we sponsor local events, including a local football tournament promoting mental health awareness, with proceeds donated to Mind Charity. Our involvement in community events like Healthy Hounslow and Macmillan Cancer Support showcases our dedication to making a positive impact on health and well-being in West London.
