1. ALL CONTRACTORS ARE RESPONSIBLE TO REVIEW ALL CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS AND ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR INFORMATION ON ALL CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS. 2. ALL CONTRACTORS AND SUBCONTRACTORS TO COMPLY WITH MAYO CAMPUS STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS AND STANDARD PROCEDURES. 3. THE AVAILABILITY OF ALL MATERIALS DESIGNATED ON PLANS TO MATCH EXISTING SHALL BE VERIFIED BY CONTRACTORS AND SUBCONTRACTORS PRIOR TO ESTIMATE SUBMITTALS. CONTRACTOR TO NOTIFY OWNER IF MATCHING MATERIALS ARE NOT AVAILABLE. ANY SUBSTITUTIONS TO BE REVIEWED AND APPROVED.
