Team Tasks

Allow some space at the beginning of your workshop for urgent needs. Be responsible for your time (90 min for action, 15-20 min for feedback, 10-15 min in reser ve: total 120 min) The feedback to your workshop will be facilitated by the preceding team.

What matters most to you? What would you like to learn/to explore? Who is in your team? What individual and collective strengths are present in your team? Where is your workshop situated in the overall flow of the Salon? What happened before, what will follow? How can you best support each other within and in-bet ween teams during the Salon? What kind of support would you need, and from whom? Provide a graphic recording of your workshop.

The composition of the teams cannot be changed. The overall time structure of the Salon is fixed. You can change your time slots with another group. You can collaborate with teams to create longer workshop times. If you want to create a process that will last for 3 hours, then you might team up with another group! In this case you decide when it is best for your teams to receive feedback. The total time remains unchanged (2 x 90 min for workshops, 2 x 20 min for feedback, 2 x 10 min reser ve, total 240 min, within the time frame). The first team has little time for preparation. The last team should work on completion. Add a working title for your workshop in the general agenda.

sharing your observations about changeable subjects

‐ Connection to the main theme? ‐ Coherent? ‐ Relations? ‐ Referred theory? ‐ Importance? ‐ Explicit aim? Structure ‐ Introduction, starting, ending? ‐ Assembly? ‐ Timeline? ‐ Enough details? ‐ Choice of workshop elements? ‐ Equipment? Process and Facilitation ‐ Facilitator holding the group? ‐ Controlled open process? ‐ Interventions? ‐ Working with group competences? ‐ Dealing with differences? ‐ Taking a risk? ‐ Love, respect? It's not about It is about

I've missed factoring attraction and power in the workshop. Limiting the issue to a real manageable size I've liked most.

In the middle of the numerous examples I've lost the overview. We all could easily see each other that felt very pleasant.

I think a more neutral and clear voice would possibly have worked out better for me. Your thoughtful understanding questions made me exited.

‐ being polite ‐ referring to what is already said ‐ improving the understanding ‐ observations about group process, the other person, my own ideas, my own feelings, visions, connections …

"Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world: indeed, it's the only thing that ever has." Margaret Mead, Anthropologist
