Marketing Update • Good Point

Title box: this can be moved to the right or left to fit the title required. The title is right aligned so when you type you can always move the text box to fit in the title box.

When moving the title box left or right keep the shift key held down do it stay in line.

• Really Good Point • And Again Main text points? This will be a difficult task that needs to be agreed.

Text box: You can write out your text as required in either bullet points or flowing text. It should always be written in Arial and fit clearly on the page. You can adjust the font size but should be larger than 24 or smaller than 12 so it can all be clearly seen.

Images: You can include any images you require. The best way to do this is to save the images you require into a folder, then go to insert in the menu bar, select photo, from file and find the folder containing the image. Once inserted you will probably need to resize it, only do this using the corners as using any other will stretch the image out of proportion.

Larger bodies of text should be done in Black.

If you have any questions about how to use PowerPoint or if you need any imagery etc. sourcing then please contact Ben Quinton.

You will be required to sort your own pages out for the board presentations and deliver them by email to Denise on the Monday before each monthly Thursday meeting. Denise will just add them into the collective presentation and will not work on them so if they are not correct it is due to you!
