I started as an Apprentice and was promoted to a consultant after 6 months. Today two years later I am now a Team Leader, running my own Logistics team. Some of the positives include the fantastic culture that we have within Cast UK. There is also a clear progression plan in place, so you know what you need to get to, in order to achieve promotion. However, it can be stressful and emotional with the ups and downs of the recruitment industry and you must be prepared to put in the long hours. If you put in the work hard, you will be heavily financially rewarded, turning a negative to a positive.”
