Encounter

Just like any other relationship, our relationship with God grows as we spend time with Him and invest in that relationship.

E

ENCOUNTER

Come on the weekend Attend church regularly. It is uninterrupted time to focus on God and hear Him speak from His Word. Get Baptized Following Jesus’ example and making a public declaration of your faith is a great next step of growth and obedience. Read Your Bible Get to know Christ’s heart better and connect with God through prayer.

Worship Services Classic Service

8:30 a.m., Worship Center Worship in a traditional format with classic hymns and congregational songs from 1900 - 2014. Led by choir and supporting band or orchestra. This service also features special music by soloists, ensembles, and the handbell choir.

Contemporary Services

9:50 and 11:15 a.m., Worship Center A contemporary service with edgier, modern worship music played by a worship team and band. This is a creative service which uses illustrations, special lighting, and compelling music to support the message.

Baptism

Baptism is the external expression of our inward and personal faith. It declares “Jesus is Lord” in a public and visible fashion, announcing to everyone that we have surrendered to a new authority in our lives. Berean is having a summer outdoor baptism at Crystal Lake Beach on Sunday, August 17. You might have questions about why we baptize by immersion, if you should be re-baptized as an adult, or even if baptism is a requirement for salvation. These questions and more will be answered in the pre-requisite class held on August 3 and August 10 at 12:45 p.m.. Please contact Tanner Pinkerman or visit bereanbaptist.com/baptism.
