• Contact the Funeral Director of your choice - if you haven’t made a decision yet there is information on page 3 in the bereavement booklet

• Arrange an appointment with the Registrars either online or by telephone (pages 6-10)

• Attend Registry Office to register the death

• Check you have received all of your relative’s property

• Think about bereavement support. If you declined at first but change your mind at any time please contact the hospice for more advice or have a look at useful contacts pages 34-38 in this booklet.
