According to the latest Beresfords research, house hunters have hit their highest level for five years, driven by falling mortgage rates and the Government’s plan to reboot the property market. The summer period usually allows the property market to unwind before the busy autumn period. However, what’s surprised us is how the market has bucked the trend and our offices are witnessing record levels of new business. The recent glorious weather may have worked in our favour, after all there’s no better time to view a property than when the sun is beating down on it!
