Building Survey (Previously known as Structural Survey)

This is an RICS endorsed Survey, which is generally intended for properties that are well maintained and have been traditionally built within the last century.

This is the most detailed report on the condition of a property. It involves a thorough visual examination of all accessible areas, including external elements, internal areas (including the roof space) and the service systems. If necessary, we will recommend specialists to advise on whether services meet current regulations. The repor t describes the construction and condition of each part of the property and reports on all defects irrespective or their severity.
