Accuracy The Px4â&#x20AC;&#x2122;s unique rotary barrel dissipates recoil energy in a radial direction, reducing felt recoil and muzzle rise. You have more control when you fire your sidearm. More control equals more accuracy.

Operating Systems The Px4 Storm is available in two distinct operating systems: Type F - The traditional Beretta Type F system (as found on the legendary Beretta 92FS/M9 pistol) is single/double action with an ambidextrous manual safety on the slide which also acts as a decocking lever. Type C - The Beretta Type C (Constant action) system is a double action only variant but with a shorter trigger travel and lighter trigger pull than conventional DAO trigger mechanisms. This Type has no external safety/decocking lever.

COMMON FEATURES 1. Accessory Rail: The frame of the Px4 Storm has an integral Picatinny MILSTD-1913 rail for rapid attachment of tactical lights and laser aiming devices. 2. Slide: The sides of the slide are smooth and offer snag-proof insertion and removal of the pistol from its holster. The front and rear serrations on the slide facilitate slide operation and safety control in both wet or dry conditions. 3. Visible Automatic Firing Pin Block: The front part of the firing pin is blocked from any forward movement until the trigger is pulled completely back. The block is located rearward, far away from the fouling and debris of the breech face. Since the block is visible, the user may ascertain its proper operation at any time. Even if the pistol falls and strikes the ground muzzle down, the firing pin will not strike the primer. 4. 3-Dot Sight System: Features a white ‘3-dot’ sight pattern for quick acquisition of the target. The rear sight is designed to provide a front projection so that, in an emergency, the user may retract the slide single-handedly by pushing the rear sight against the edge of a table, door, etc. 5. Ambidextrous Safety (Type F): The ambidextrous safety lever, easily accessible by the thumb or a right or left handed shooter, is spring loaded so it’s either positively “on” or “off”. The safety lever also functions as the pistol’s decocking lever. When pushed down, the rear part of the firing pin (striker) is rotated out of alignment with the front part of the firing pin. (NOTE: Type C does not have an external safety/ decocking lever). Additional hammer drop catch (half cock notch) prevents striking of the firing pin unit in the remote chance of unintentional hammer drop. 6. External Hammer Design: A traditional feature of Beretta pistols, this design provides the most energy to the firing pin, virtually eliminating the possibility of misfires due to light primer strikes. Also provides an immediate visual and tactile indicator as to the cocked/uncocked status of the pistol. 7. Individual Size Grips: Pistol may be configured with small, medium or large backstraps to individually fit the hand of each shooter. The backstraps are checkered to ensure a firm grip in both wet or dry shooting conditions. Three backstraps included with every pistol.

8. Magazine: High capacity steel magazines are durable and drop-free, even when empty, when the magazine button is depressed. Standard flush magazines may be complemented with optional extended magazines that increase the capacity by 3 rounds (1 round for .45 Auto caliber). 9. Reversible Magazine Release: Multiple-sized, reversible magazine release buttons allow for customization to the individual’s hand size. Small size comes standard on the gun, while medium and large buttons are available as accessories and easy replacement. Each size may be positioned for right-handed or left-handed use. 10. No Glare Finish: Beretta’s exclusive BrunitonTM non-reflective black coating is a superior corrosion and wear resistant finish. 11. Simple Field Stripping: Pistol is designed for extremely quick and simple field stripping. Disassembly latch does not remove from the gun, preventing accidental dropping and loss. Reassembly is easy and accidental misassembly of parts is prevented by the distinctive design. 12. Light Technopolymer Frame: The light, yet durable, frame employs modern thermoplastic technology through the use of Corrosion resistant fiberglass reinforced polymer. 13. Barrrel: The Px4’s unique rotating barrel and locking system dissipates recoil energy radially, reducing felt recoil and muzzle rise. This is the strongest Beretta pistol action. Chrome lined barrels provide extreme corrosion resistance, as well as ease of cleaning. Barrels also feature a deeply recessed combat muzzle crown to protect the rifling. (NOTE: Sub-Compact models feature tilt-barrel locking system and stainless steel construction). 14. Optional Accessories: The pistol may be tailored to the individual’s preference, shooting style and needs using the above-mentioned extended magazines, backstraps and magazine release buttons, as well as the optional low profile slide catch, rear sight options and hammer spring cap with lanyard loop. PX4 STORM The new Beretta Px4 Storm pistol is the most advanced expression of technological and aesthetic features in a semiautomatic sidearm. Built around a modular concept that a pistol can be adapted to different needs and modes of operations, without compromising on ergonomics and the renowned Beretta reliability and performance, the Px4 Storm emphasizes power, ease of handling, performance and reliability. Manufactured in three calibers, the Px4 Storm uses an exclusive Beretta designed innovative locked-breech with a rotating barrel system, the strongest action to date. The light yet durable frame employs modern thermoplastic technology through the use of technopolymer reinforced fiberglass. Modular structure, ergonomics and interchangeability of parts make the Px4 Storm the ideal firearm for law-enforcement use, as well as personal defense.

Compact Px4 STORM Compact New for 2010, the Compact pistol is sized between the full and sub-compact models. It adopts the rotary barrel design of our larger pistol, but with a shorter and proportioned slide and grip. This model also introduces an ambidextrous slide stop lever. A high magazine capacity is maintained, with 15 rounds in 9mm and 12 rounds in .40 S&W. The Compact models accept the full size magazines as well, increasing capacity to 17 or 20 rounds in 9mm and 14 or 17 rounds in the .40.

Sub-Compact Px4 STORM Sub-Compact The Sub-Compact is ideal for concealed carry, personal protection or law enforcement back-up use. It emphasizes maximum firepower in an ergonomic package, providing a full grip that ensures control and accurate shot placement. A patented SnapGrip magazine extender flips down when gripped, maximizing grip size, but stays flush and compact while holstered. The high-capacity magazines (13 rounds in 9mm and 10 rounds in .40 S&W) may be complemented by the longer extended magazines of the full size Storms. This Storm uses a reliable locked breech and tilt barrel system, providing a more compact and lighter weight system. An all-stainless steel barrel is standard. Px4 STORM SD (Special Duty) The SD was developed to meet the very demanding requirements of the original 45 caliber JCP (Joint Combat Pistol) specifications issued by SOCOM. The SD features: 1. Superior Weather Resistance: Utilizes state-of-the-art materials and finishes capable of withstanding the toughest weather and military conditions. 2. The Beretta Storm family was launched in 2003 with the Cx4 pistol-caliber carbine. This innovative product is accurate, softshooting and easy to accessorize. Today’s shooter demands a gun that can accept a large assortment of accessories, and the Cx4 meets the challenge. A retractable Picatinny rail extends from the fore-end for mounting tactical lights. Picatinny rails can be mounted on either side (one side rail included) and bottom of the fore-end for lasers or forward grips. A full length aluminum top rail is included for mounting your optics. This light and compact gun also features a unique patented design that allows the user to reverse ejection and extraction with no special tools or additional parts. Combined with the reversible safety and magazine buttons, the Cx4 is the ideal solution for lefthanded shooters. Length-of-pull can be adjusted with the addition and removal of ½” spacers (one included).

The Cx4 accepts the Beretta family of pistol magazines in various capacities. From the 20 round magazines of the 92 and Px4 pistols, to the 17 round magazines of the .40 **Adjustable with stock spacers caliber Px4, there is a Cx4 configuration to complement every Beretta pistol.

TX4 STORM

New for 2010, the Tx4 presents yet another solution in Beretta’s line of home defense options. The shotgun incorporates decades of Beretta’s experience perfecting the gas operated semi-automatic design. The reduced felt recoil is complemented by the infallible reliability Beretta shotguns are known for. Weighing under 6 ½ pounds, the compact Tx4 with its 18” barrel is very maneuverable, while maintaining a 5+1 round capacity. Like the Cx4, the shotgun’s length of pull may be adjusted with ½” spacers (one included), while the soft rubber grip inlays on the stock and fore-end ensure a firm grip in all situations. A metal Picatinny rail is mounted to the receiver to accept your optics or the included rugged and fully adjustable ghost ring sight. Adopting Beretta’s new Optimabore HP choke tube system, the included choke may be replaced with several optional accessories. Like the rest of the Storm family, the Tx4 may be accessorized to meet the demanding needs of today’s shooter.
