INDOOR DINING at the Club choose from indoor & outdoor dining - starting Tuesday! {limited seating, please call ahead}

We're happy to announce that indoor dining will resume at the Clubhouse, tomorrow, Tuesday, May 12th, and the Locker Rooms will re-open. In accordance with the state of South Carolina's guidelines, seating will be limited to 50 percent of legal occupancy, with social-distanced table seating in the Tap Room and Mixed Grille. Very specific guidelines for safe dining have been mandated which Berkeley Hall will implement and follow. To view the dining guidelines, please click here. Both outdoor and indoor dining will be made by reservation only and seating limited to ensure a safe environment. We will be accepting reservations for both lunch and dinner service and request that all members make reservations well in advance. To best accommodate everyone, we will limit dining seating to 75-minute increments. Curbside pickup, Commissary and Butcher Block services will continue to be provided. CHEF'S TABLE: SRIRACHA HONEY WALNUT SHRIMP can't get enough of this all-time favorite!

TO PREPARE: Sriracha Honey Walnut Shrimp

INGREDIENTS {Serves 6}

3 tablespoons granulated sugar ½ cup walnuts

"What I love about this dish is its versatility," says Chef Tim, "Great served over rice or broccoli, or you can toss with a crisp salad for a layered combo of cool and heat!"

Salt to taste 1/3 cup mayo 1 tablespoon honey ¾ teaspoon sriracha 1 ½ pound large shrimp 1 ½ teaspoon lemon juice
