Thanks to generosity, the Berkeley Hall your enormous support in an Foundation has raised over unprecedented year such as this one, $1.7 million for Lowcountry charities we were able to approve over $200,000, since its inception in 2008. with 19 grants to 18 local non-profits Each year monies raised at the annual Charity Cup event fund the following year’s grant cycle. While our 2020 that will have a considerable impact on improving the lives of many Bluffton residents. Charity Cup didn’t look like our usual Thank you, Berkeley Hall members, for event, our goal remained the same. And your continued compassion, concern this year, the need was greater than ever. and generosity!

Berkeley Hall’s redesigned public website launched in December and we’ve already seen a great response in website engagement. By incorporating video on the homepage and all main navigation pages, the overall experience is an immersive one, along with new copy that delves deeper into the Berkeley Hall story. When it comes to member stories, the site features nearly 20 videos on the “Our Stories” page with a combination of amenity and member interviews. If you haven’t had a chance to view it, we encourage you to do so! The site’s load time is significantly improved, and this is particularly true in the Real Estate section. Here, the new platform allows for more flexibility and an improved layout which lets users search by key features and pricing. Prospective new members can take virtual tours of our Premier Builders’ custom, luxury models and Club members testimonials share a real-time look at the benefits of building your dream home here at Berkeley Hall.
