BROOKE SAPP JOINS DOUG WEARY ON FITNESS CENTER TEAM

s we gear up for Spring, we’re kicking off some new well ness programs at the Fitness Center, adding new cardio fitness equipment, and expanding our class schedule with additional Spin Classes, Pilates and more! We’ve also welcomed new Spa & Fitness Director Brooke Sapp, who joined Doug Weary and the fitness team in February. Please stop by and say hello! Brooke has been involved in the fitness industry since 2009 and is an American Council on Exercise (ACE) Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist. Brooke's experience as a OrangeTheory Fitness head trainer further honed her fitness approach, with emphasis on scientifically designed, one-of-a-kind, group personal training broken into intervals of cardiovascular and strength training.

“Brooke brings energy, excitement, and know-how,” said Doug Weary, Fitness Center Director. “Her top-level fitness and academic training bring another level of expertise to our wellness program at Berkeley Hall.”

Brooke holds a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and a master’s degree in Sports Medicine from Georgia Southern University. She also holds the honor of "Best of Savannah Personal Trainer for 2020" and runner-up in 2019!
