SATURDAY, JUNE 11 | 6PM

Just across the way, we’re in for a special evening prepared exclusively for Berkeley Hall at Lowcountry Fresh Market & Café on Saturday, June 11 at 6pm. Heralded for culinary use of fresh local fare from nearby fields and waters, members will enjoy a complimentary first glass of wine, and four-course menu by Chef Modou Jaith,

featuring Strawberry Salad, Better Fresh Farms greens, Brickyard Farms pecans, smoked ricotta, hibiscus balsamic; followed by Shrimp Fritters with red rice, smoked tomato dressing, and seasonal pickles. Main course of Stuffed flounder with shrimp mousse, lobster and brown butter broth; and delicious Peach Almond Tart with vanilla bean ice cream.
