Accommodations For those who wish to stay on campus, dormitory housing is available. Staying on campus epitomizes the back-to-school experience, putting you a short distance away from all reunion events. You can register for on-campus housing through online Reunion Registration or by returning the enclosed envelope. Alumni wishing to stay on campus register as an individual and then list the family members with whom they would like to be housed. On-campus housing is assigned by class and by alumni with families. Please remember that dormitories do not provide hotel amenities so you may want to bring along an alarm clock, extra blankets, and toiletries. Basic linens and towels will be provided. Space is limited.

Reunion Headquarters When you arrive on campus, make the Bourne Common Room in the James C. Kellogg ’33 Alumni Center your first stop. A Berkshire welcome awaits you, where you’ll receive your name tag and weekend schedule. You can also leave and receive messages for or from your classmates, get a bite to eat, and find out who will be joining you for the weekend’s festivities. Registration Anyone planning on attending the weekend must formally register for Reunion Weekend by June 1. The Matt Brand ’88 Challenge: If 33%, or more, of your class registers and pays for Reunion Weekend by Friday, May 1, 2015 each classmate registered by this date will receive a Berkshire School vest!

50th Reunion, Old Guard and Former Faculty Berkshire School is pleased to invite members of the Class of 1965, the Old Guard (graduating classes from 1964 and earlier), and former members of our faculty to be our guests for Reunion Weekend. No payment for on-campus events is necessary, but you must register for Reunion Weekend so that we may have accurate counts for meals and accommodations. School Store The Berkshire school store will be open throughout the weekend. Hours will be posted at the Registration desk during the weekend. Stop by and grab some new Bear wear! Fitness Facilities Tennis, squash, and the fitness center are available all weekend for alumni and their guests.
Childcare Bring the whole family to campus for the weekend! We are pleased to offer childcare (for ages 3 months - 12 years) with a fee of $60 per child. The Kids’ Clubs will provide age-appropriate activities, snacks and meals throughout the day. Payment must be made at time of Reunion Registration. Please sign up early as space is limited!
