But besides having a purely practical function, the details complement the rest of the interior and showcase the room designer’s personality and nature. And this also applies to lighting, no environment is complete without lighting. Create different athmospheres and achieve the right mood with lighting in your home.

To furnish with light is an art which, to our delight, is appreciated by more people. Properly located light sources change our indoor environment and create well-being. It is not just about aesthetics but also about packaged technical solutions.

01. D-Motion

Smart lighting which makes us feel good

D-Motion (D-M) is a collection consisting of luminaires and actuators used to control brightness and color temperature. The combination of these two parameters is used to control light sources adapted to the environment in which they are installed, the activities for which the light is required and the user’s expectations - from higher, colder values in the morning to neutral light in the afternoon and lower warmer light in the evening.

Create a D-Motion lighting system in three steps

1. SELECT YOUR D-MOTION LIGHTING

All D-Motion lighting integrates a special LED technology used to control brightness and color temperature. Choose between Beslag Designs D-M spotlights or LED strips to create your desired application.

2. SELECT A CONTROL SYSTEM AND DRIVER

If the lighting you choose already has a control system (TDM), you can use any of our standard 24Vdc power supply. Otherwise, you can use the X-Driver driver, which enables integration over the home network or associated app and is controlled via, for example, Google Home. All D-M luminaires without integrated control systems can also be operated with Easi actuators in combination with Easi remote control.

3. CONFIGURE THE LIGHT TO SUIT YOUR NEEDS

No matter what environment you are in, whether it is in your office, in your bedroom or in your kitchen, it is important to ensure that it is properly lit, with a balanced brightness and color temperature.

With D-Motion, with just a few simple controls, you can determine the right combination of sunlight and artificial lighting, control the temperature and brightness adjusted to match the activities you perform. Preparing for dinner, working, studying, reading a book or just relaxing - proper lighting has positive effects on brain concentration levels, our physical and mental well-being and our physical health.

02. Holl –lighting in a new way

Technological progress and creativity are two elements that have developed Holl and created a design that becomes part of the whole and blends into the environment in which it is placed.

Holl offers modularity that enables a variety of configurations - either by surface mounting or recessed installation in milled grooves.

Its minimalist light ring can provide both adequate work lighting and effective mood lighting.

Holl creates the illusion of being part of the surface of the furniture in which it is placed.

LED-spot Holl D-M

HOLL D-M, designed for recessed installation in milled grooves, stands out for its circular design that creates a light effect where it is the light itself that defines the shape of the luminaire. Holl D-M creates the illusion of being part of the surface of the furniture in which it is placed.

Using D-Motion, you can also select the color temperature (2700K or 4000K). Control unit sold separately.

HOLL D-M with lid is designed for thorough hole installation with a minimum depth of 12 mm.

FLEXY LED SHE6 D-M is an LED-strip with 180 diodes per meter in an area that is only 6 mm wide. D-Motion allows you to select the color temperature (2600K - 3900K) with a custom remote control or the X-Driver is sold separately.

LED-strip Flexy LED SE H4 D-M

Extremely thin LED strip that makes it excellent for recessing in wardrobes, bookshelves and cabinets. Made of soft flexible silicone which means that it does not need to be attached on its own but can be pressed into milled grooves. Can be milled into grooves that are 4 mm wide and have a depth of 8 mm. Including dual connections. D-Motion allows you to select the color temperature (2700K - 4000K) with a custom remote control or X-Driver, sold separately.

Easi is a control system for D-Motion-luminaires used to control the brightness and color temperature. The remote control is elegant and modern with soft lines and neutral colors. Blends in discreetly and harmoniously in all environments.

The round shape with soft edges makes the control particularly ergonomic and safe. Thanks to the synthetic rubber ring that encloses the remote control, its grip increases and it also protects against accidental shocks.

Base with magnetic support

Easi control unit has an included mounting plate which is magnetic and which can either be screwed to the wall or mounted with double-sided adhesive tape. The remote control easily attaches to the magnetic base.

With the remote control and associated drives, you can wirelessly control brightness and color temperature. Up to seven actuators can be connected to an Easi remote control and these can in turn be divided into three different groups that can be controlled individually.

Polar SE is an extremely thin LED-light made entirely of aluminum, only 5 mm in thickness, which is perfect to put under shelves and kitchen cabinets. With its fixed installation in direct contact with the wall, the cable becomes easy to attach behind eg. the cabinet and avoid unnecessary holes. Polar SE uses the latest LED technology and has no visible diodes.

Polar SE SDM comes with a special distributor that allows you to connect the Polar SE SDM (master) with other Polar SE (slave) devices. This allows you to create sets of Polar SE, where all units are linked together with a dimmable on / off sensor on the Polar SE SDM.

Vega is an extremely thin LED lighting made entirely of aluminum with a thickness of only 5 mm. The luminaire has a special LGP LED cluster that provides a wide, clear light with no visible diodes. Vega is designed for quick mounting with only two screws. This makes it easy to attach the cable behind eg. the cabinet and avoid unnecessary holes. Vega uses the latest LED technology and has no visible diodes.

LED-spot Vega SDM

Vega SDM comes with a special distributor that makes it possible to connect Vega SDM (master) with other Vega (slave) devices. This allows you to create sets of Vega, where all units are linked together with a dimmable on / off sensor on the Vega SDM.

04. LED-profiles

LED-profiles give you new opportunities to install flexible LED-strips. In the bookshelf, under the cupboard, surface or recessed, angled or straight. We also have ”Cut to size” so you can decide the length you want.

LED-profile Apex

Apex is a recessed LED-profile that can be set both vertically and horizontally. The profile is adjusted with different end finishes depending on whether it is used for through grooves or not. With our LED-strips, Apex provides a homogeneous light without visible diodes.

Flexy LED AT6 (IP44) is a strip without visible diodes with 276 diodes per meter. The strip is easy to work with and flexible – straight, curved, circular groove or other configuration. LED-armature Jot D-M

Minimalist bathroom lighting with adjustable color temperature

JOT is the most minimalist bathroom fixture on the market, only 55 mm wide and with its clean and modern shape it fits in almost any bathroom. The fixture has adjustable color temperature (3000 K and 4000 K) and provides both a functional light and a harmonious atmosphere in your bathroom. Easily mounted in several different ways, e.g. on the mirror, mirror edge or on the cabinet. LED luminaire Jot is available in chrome and black, as well as in two lengths 305 mm and 550 mm.

07. Dimmers & sensors

One way to adjust the lighting in a home is to use our hidden dimmers, touch dimmers and infrared sensors. Everything to make the lighting work just the way you want it.

Dimmer Giro

GIRO FE is a wireless remote control with a receiver. The remote control is used to switch on and off, as well as to adjust the brightness of all lighting connected to the receiver. GIRO can also be used to create lighting systems, where up to 4 remote controls can control the same receiver or up to 6 receivers can be controlled with a single remote control.

08. LED-driver

In order for your lighting to work as well as possible and have a long life, it is important to use the right LED-driver adapted for the specific product you have chosen. In this way, they are protected against overvoltage, overcurrent, overload and short circuits.

Make your home smart with X-Driver

The new, smart X-Driver is an all-in-one solution available in two strengths (30W and 60W). The LED-driver has three control modules that either switch the LED-driver to a wireless receiver for remote controls and for IR sensors (CM2) or switch it so that, using Bluetooth (CM3) or Wi-Fi (CM4), can control all Domus Line’s LED lights with a smartphone or a voice-controlled device. X-Driver is available in 24Vcd (110-240Vac) with Euro connector.

SUBBY integrates two USB sockets with smart recognition for fast charging and is compatible with smartphones, tablets, game consoles, MP3 players, cameras, etc. It can charge two devices simultaneously. The maximum load is 20W for fast charging of a device up to 4000 mA or two up to 2000 mA.

How many spotlights do I need and what distance should there be between them?

An exact answer cannot be given as it varies depending on the type of project, selected product and how the room is used, but we can give you a good rule of thumb and examples of distances between spotlights.

Europlug (230V)

For electrical equipment in demanding environments, where dust, corrosive substances, moisture and water can penetrate, a good enclosure is required. Encapsulation testing is normally performed against the global standard IEC 60529 or the European equivalent EN 60529, which has been adopted as Swedish standard SS EN 60529.

The enclosure protects against radiant water as well as large grain particles.
