What is a Team Lead
And Why Is It Important?
The Team Lead Is:
• A Vision Caster
• A Team Builder
• A Relationship Manager
A Vision Caster
Dads Club believes that every child deserves to be loved well. We know that for too many children, that is not their reality.
A Team Builder
As Dads, we have one thing in common, we love our children! Dads Club offers some simple tools to help Dads love their children well. Building a Community of Dads around that “Big Idea” requires Leadership and a Team to help carry the message to each Dad in the Community.
A Relationship Manager
Dads learn best from real life. Helping the Dads in a Community of Dads know one another provides that real-life opportunity for answers that connect with where they are.

Recognizing that how a dad,mom or parent figure makes that connection differs as children getolder, theprogramis different for EarlyLearning, Elementary, Middle and High School environments. • Learning Academy - Through collaboration with qualified before and after school centers, provide qualified and vetted volunteers to assist in theeducation of students in attendance.
• Millionaire’s Club - A Middle School programto work with Principal-designated rising 6th graders. By using principles of money and finance, the Millionaire’s Club canreplace negative influences with positive, life changing attitudes, behaviors and knowledge.
Volunteers for these programs come from our schools themselves, from churches, businesses and the local community. As needed, we come alongside strategic partners to equip, engage and encourage volunteers.
