What are we doing now? 40 volunteers (but not enough) are staffing the library which NCC are unable to do. But we are open! What should you do? 1 – Use the library, the enhanced book stock and our own ‘bring & borrow’ system. 2 – Attend advertised events. 3 – Book the space for your club, group or an event. 4 – Volunteer for library service and join MCLSG, especially if you’re under 60 . . . we’re wearing out! 5 – Think of ways and sources of finance to keep us going as a dynamic hub of the village.
