Coming in september: Leading with compassion!

All year long we are focusing on the topics that our human resource managers and business owners have requested. In September, we're turning away from looking at processes, as we start to look more closely at people.

Eleanor Roosevelt once said, “To handle yourself, use your head. To handle others, use your heart.” Compassionate leaders lead and manage with both their head and their heart. It's all about empathy. In September, we will be diving into the characteristics of a compassionate leader, why it's important to lead with compassion, and ways that you can develop your skills as a compassionate leader.
