What Are You Thankful For? by Sheila Turner-Hilliard

When we take a look back to November of last year, many of us were simply trying to get through the season with our eyes fixed on a fresh start in January. This Thanksgiving, Sarah Forti of Forti Homes with Keller Williams Realty is reflecting on her many blessings. “I am grateful for the extra time I've been able to spend with my family over the past year and a half, for our health and for our friends near and far,” Sarah said. “It is a blessing to be a part of our Newtown Square community and to live in an area where a quick trip to the grocery store includes passing by beautiful farms and historic landmarks.” Being thankful does not just depend on how much you have. It’s based on what you choose to be thankful for. Sometimes, what can spark gratitude is an awareness and appreciation for the basic things in life such as a roof over your head, a friend who cares deeply about you, plentiful food on your table and the beautiful fall foliage.
