Morocco is a country undergoing rapid economic development and the demand for security solutions is growing daily. For the busy harbour of Tanger Med, several kilometres of fencing that can withstand extreme weather conditions was installed. Shenzhen, situated in southern China, is Hong Kong’s nearest geographic neighbour. Tens of thousands of people travel back and forth across the Hong Kong-Shenzhen-border checkpoints daily by train, bus and ferry or by crossing the South China Sea on a highway bridge, called the Hong Kong-Shenzhen Western Corridor. For operational control of the border on land Betafence Projects developed an optimised security solution that covers more than 10 kilometres.
