Thetrolling device allows oneto reduce advancing speed valve of theboatmorethanwouldbenormally achievable withtheengine at minimum. Thetrolling valve device regulates theoil pressure whichcontrols theclutch, allowing a controlled sliding withincertain speed andloadvalues, to illustration l: Withreference 'Thelever(A)controls gearengagement theforward andreverse andmustnormally beconnected to thecable. 'Thelever(B)regulates theoil pressure inthetrolling valvedevice. fromthemaximum (sliding Byrotating theleverclockwise, thepressure varies at zero, trollingdevice disengaged) to zero(totalsliding).

The guaranteeis not recognized byTWIN DISCTECHNODRIVE in caseof burningof the clutchon marinegearsequippedwith trollingvalvedevice.

With referencetoillustrdionsI and2: a) Using a # l0 spannel disassemble fromthemarine gearthetwoscrews foundonthelefthandsideofthepumpcasing, wherethetrolling valve device willbefastened. Using a ff l2 spanner disassemble inthecentreof theabove-mentioned thescrewlocated screws. b) Using a # 22spanner, disassemble fromthemarine geartheoil returnconncector (D). fromtheexchangers (23)intothethreaded c) Using a# I 3 spanner, screwpart(24),interposing thecopper washer hole, wherethescrew(wrench | 2)wasbeforePosition (25) part (24). d) theO-ring on ( | รณ) onpart(24)andfasten e) Position casing it to themarine gearbymeans of thetwosocket ( | 0) and(4),interposing headscrews the washers (5). copper f) Position (2รณ)inside (27)andthenposition spring valve (27)in itsseatinside valve ( lรณ). casing g) Insert, if necessary, adjustment plugnut(22)in hsseaton pin(2| ) thenposition pin(2l) in itsseat, withtheholefor thedragging pin( | 3) facing Parts2รณ,27,22 and2 | have theoutside. already beenadjusted infactory andtherefore do notneedfurtheradjustments. h) lnsertdriveshaft(30),wkhO-ring(3l) andpins(29)and( I 3) already assembled, gasket oncover(7).Position (28). i) Making downwards, surethatpin(29)isfacing insertpin( | 3) intotheholeof part( 2 l). Tighten thetwoscrews ( l) interposing (2), washers l) Position spring (l 4) on part(2l) andtighten cap(l 5) interposing (20). washer m)Fasten thebracket (3) andcontrollever( | 2). n) Assemble thetwoO-rings (8) onpiping (9),theninsertthepiping inside thetwoballconnectors ( | 8).Tighten screw( | l), interposing (l 7),onthemarine copper gearandconnector washers (l 9),interposing (l 7) oncasing (l รณ). washers
