Village Hall is a project dedicated to exploring the details of the Tycroes Village Hall. The hall was originally built sometime around 1930 and it's intended use was to be a billiards hall. Over the years it was passed between people before it was sold to the village itself, it is still owned by the village and all use of the hall is controlled by Tycroes Village Hall Committee. In 2012 the hall went through major renovations which merged the older design of the building with newer design. This resulted in some of the rooms having old flooring and new windows and some having new windows and old flooring. These combinations were something I focused on while photographing, showing the most in the image of the new window with the fake plastic plant perched on the edge.
