Africa is the fastest growing emerging market and it needs to be recognised and acclaimed in the western gaze particularly in the creative industries. the aim of this project to create authentic and appeasing content from photoshoots, writing pieces and filmography to portray the new African narrative while continuing to push though the traditional African heritage of the Maasai people, origination in the boarders between Kenya and Tanzania the outcomes of this project is a social media brand, website portal portraying mine and others work that is influencing the new African narrative. An animated zine which will be pitched to nook store, the zine with be completely digitally drawn with the narrative as celebration of east Africa. A portfolio book which contain my styled final images. The projected is aimed at the westernized millennials to educate and inspire though the means of fashion and creativity.
